研究目的：

总目标是基于行为经济学理论，设计流感疫苗助推信息，评估其在慢性病患者和老年人流感疫苗接种中的有效性和推广价值。研究采取两阶段整群随机对照试验，具体目标包括： （1）基于行为经济学理论，设计流感疫苗助推信息； （2）评估助推信息对慢性病患者和老年人流感疫苗接种的干预效果； （3）探索流感疫苗助推信息的推广价值和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall objective is to design flu vaccine nudge messages based on behavioral economics theory and evaluate their effectiveness and promotional value in increasing flu vaccination rates among individuals with chronic diseases and older adults. We will conduct a two-stage cluster randomized trial. Specific objectives include: (1) Designing flu vaccine nudge messages based on behavioral economics theory; (2) Assessing the effect of nudge message intervention on flu vaccination uptake among individuals with chronic diseases and older adults; (3) Exploring the promotional value and strategies for flu vaccine nudge messages.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一阶段整群随机对照试验的纳入标准为：（1）18-59岁患有一种以上慢性病者或者60-70岁老年人；（2）本次流感季尚未接种流感疫苗且无流感疫苗接种禁忌症；（3）拥有扫码电子设备和识字能力，能够配合和实施相应活动；（4）取得知情同意且愿意参与研究。 第二阶段整群随机对照试验的纳入标准为：第一阶段随机对照试验的干预组中，在第一次信息干预四周后仍未接种流感疫苗的慢性病患者和老人。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for cluster randomized trial Phase 1: (1) Individuals aged 18–59 with one or more chronic conditions, or adults aged 60–70; (2) Not yet vaccinated against influenza during the current flu season and without contraindications to influenza vaccination; (3) Possession of a QR code-scanning device and literacy skills sufficient to participate in relevant activities; (4) Obtained informed consent and willingness to participate in the study. Inclusion criteria for cluster randomized trial Phase II: Chronic disease patients and elderly individuals in the intervention groups of the randomized trial Phase I who are not vaccinated against influenza four weeks after the first nudging messages.

排除标准：

（1）干预前已接种或预约流感疫苗；（2）不符合流感疫苗接种条件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had received or scheduled a flu vaccine prior to the intervention; 2. Did not meet the eligibility criteria for flu vaccination.

采取分层随机方法，按家庭医生分层，在每个家庭医生内部将招募的天利用随机数字随机分组。由独立统计师使用随机数字表产生随机队列。

A stratified randomization method will be adopted, stratified by family physician, and the recruitment days as clusters were randomly divided into groups using random numbers within each family physician. An independent statistician generates the random number sequence by Random Number Table.

Blinding：

First, family physicians and participants are not possible to blinded to the group assignments as the interventions in our trial are behavioral in nature. Second, all outcome assessors are blinded to the group assignments and work independently of the intervention team and study team.
