本研究旨在通过家长和儿童评价问卷筛选出日常前瞻记忆主观报告错误较多的儿童,通过五节综合提升课程,探究干预课程是否能显著改善该群体的前瞻记忆表现  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to identify children who report frequent everyday prospective memory failures based on parent- and self-report questionnaires. Through a five-session integrated enhancement program, the study investigates whether the intervention can significantly improve prospective memory performance in this population.

纳入标准:

9-12岁在校儿童(4-5年级),主观报告前瞻记忆错误较多,且监护人和自己都同意参加本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

Participants were 9- to 12-year-old schoolchildren(4~5 grade) who based on subjective reports, exhibited frequent prospective memory failures, and whose legal guardians and themselves provided informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准:

在过去或目前被诊断过精神疾病或神经系统疾病,存在语言发育迟缓或视听障碍,正在服用可能影响认知功能的药物,及其他重大身体疾病导致不便参加的儿童

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria included children with a current or past diagnosis of psychiatric or neurological disorders, language developmental delays, visual or auditory impairments, ongoing use of medications that may impact cognitive function, or other major physical illnesses that would interfere with participation.

使用随机工具(excel中的随机数字表)为62名儿童产生随机数字序列,并将这些随机数字排序,一半为干预组,一半为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Random numbers were generated for 62 children using a random tool (the random number table in Excel), and these random numbers were sorted. Half of them were assigned to the intervention group and the other half to the control group.

盲法:

本研究为单盲设计,基线测试阶段不分组,完成基线阶段后分组。后测阶段另选主试,该主试没有上过干预课,也不知道儿童的分组情况;干预组儿童知道自己在上干预课程。

Blinding:

This study adopted a single-blind design. During the baseline assessment, no group assignment was made. Grouping is carried out after the completion of the baseline phase. For the post-intervention assessment, a different examiner was assigned, who had not participated in the intervention sessions and was unaware of the children's group allocation. Children in the intervention group were aware that they were receiving the intervention.
