研究目的：

本研究旨在构建一个针对失能患者和配偶照护者的极简式双向自我表露干预方案，并通过随机对照试验评估其干预后、干预后一个月和干预后三个月的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a minimalist bidirectional self-disclosure intervention program for disabled individuals and their spouse caregivers, and to evaluate its effectiveness at post-intervention, 1-month post-intervention, and 3-months post-intervention through a randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

失能患者的纳入标准为： 1.年龄＞18岁，经Barthel指数量表判定失能（得分<100分），且失能时间≥6个月； 2.居住在家，主要接受来自家人、亲戚等人所提供的无偿非正式照护； 3.病情稳定，生命体征平稳； 4.自愿参与本次研究。 配偶照护者的纳入标准： 1.非正式照护者，没有接受过专业培训、不存在雇佣关系，无偿为配偶提供照护和支持的个体，且照顾时间≥6个月； 2.计划维持照护状态≥4个月； 3.年龄≥18岁； 4.自愿参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

For disabled individuals: 1. Age > 18 years, assessed as disabled using the Barthel Index (score < 100), with disability duration >= 6 months; 2. Residing at home, primarily receiving unpaid informal care from family members, relatives, or others; 3. Stable condition with stable vital signs; 4. Voluntary participation in this study. For spousal caregivers: 1. Informal caregivers who have not received professional training, are not in an employment relationship, and provide unpaid care and support to their spouse for >=6 months; 2. Intend to maintain the caregiving status for ≥4 months; 3. Age >=18 years; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

失能患者排除标准： 1.精神异常或存在认知障碍（简易认知状态量表得分≤9分）； 2.听力受损； 3.无法进行沟通交流； 4.已参加其他干预研究。 配偶照护者排除标准： 1.精神异常或存在认知障碍（简易认知状态量表得分≤9分)； 2.听力受损； 3.无法进行沟通交流； 4.已参加其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

For disabled individuals: 1. Mental disorder or cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination score <= 9); 2. Hearing impairment; 3. Inability to communicate; 4. Participation in other intervention studies. For spouse caregivers: 1. Mental disorder or cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination score <= 9); 2. Hearing impairment; 3. Inability to communicate; 4. Participation in other intervention studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究通过纸质问卷收集数据，问卷具备良好的信度和效度。使用EpiData进行数据的双人录入，经审核无误后锁定，锁定后仅允许经审批进行修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected data via paper-based questionnaires, which demonstrated sound reliability and validity, entered in pairs using EpiData and locked after being reviewed for accuracy. Corrections were only allowed with approval after locking.
