研究目的：

本研究将评估数字 PCR 检测技术在脓毒症患者中的诊断性能，探索其在病原快速诊断、疾病预警和动态监测及抗菌药物合理使用中的临床价值，最终实现脓毒症中常见病原菌的早期识别和精准治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will evaluate the diagnostic performance of digital PCR detection technology in patients with sepsis, explore its clinical value in rapid pathogen diagnosis, disease early warning and dynamic monitoring, as well as rational use of antibiotics, and ultimately achieve early identification and precise treatment of common pathogenic bacteria in sepsis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄不小于 14 岁，性别不限。 2) 同时满足下面要求： a) 符合脓毒症的诊断标准：SOFA 评分增量≥2 分或 qSOFA≥2 分（早期）；或在住院期间根据患者临床表现和实验室检查,高度怀疑存在血流感染,符合以下条件:出现发热( >38℃ )或低温(<36℃ ),同时合并下列情况之一:①有病原体入侵部位或迁徙病灶。②有皮肤黏膜出血、肝脾肿大、昏迷、多器官衰竭、血白细胞计数增多(>10. 0×109/ L)或减少( <3. 0×109/ L),中性粒细胞增多伴核左移等全身感染症状体征且无其他原因可解释。 ③ 收 缩 压 低 于 90 mmHg 或 下 降 超 过40 mmHg。 b) 有条件同时进行ddPCR和血培养检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age should be 14 years or older, and gender is not restricted; 2. Also meet the following requirements: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis: an increase of >= 2 points in the SOFA score or a qSOFA score of >= 2 points (early); Or in During the hospitalization, based on the patient's clinical manifestations and laboratory tests, a high suspicion of bloodstream infection was identified, which met the following conditions: There was a fever (>38℃) or hypothermia (<36℃), and one of the following conditions was present: 1). There was an infected site or migrating lesion; 2).There was skin or mucosal bleeding, liver or spleen enlargement, coma, multiple organ failure, increased white blood cell count (>10.0×10^9/L) or decreased white blood cell count (<3.0×10^9/L), with systemic infection symptoms and signs such as neutrophil increase accompanied by nuclear left shift, and no other causes could explain it; 3). The systolic blood pressure was lower than 90 mmHg or decreased by more than 40 mmHg; (2). If conditions permit, ddPCR and blood culture tests can be conducted simultaneously.
