研究目的：

探讨在先性心脏病患儿撤机后早期应用简易鼻塞式CPAP预防二次气管插管及并发症发生的有效性，以完善鼻塞式CPAP护理常规，同时为鼻塞式CPAP在先心患儿撤机后的应用提供可靠理论依据和实践支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effectiveness of early application of simple nasal CPAP after extubation in children with congenital heart disease to prevent secondary intubation and complications, aiming to improve the routine care for nasal CPAP and provide reliable theoretical basis and practical support for its use in these patients post-extubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄3 ≤岁的患者且诊断为先天性心脏病的患者; （2）在 CPB 下行心内畸形矫治术后非早期拔管的患者（机械通气≥12h）； （3）经伦理委员会同意，家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)patients aged 3 years or younger diagnosed with congenital heart disease; (2)patients who did not undergo early extubation after corrective surgery for intracardiac malformations under cardiopulmonary bypass (mechanical ventilation >= 12 hours); (3)patients whose families signed an informed consent form after approval by the ethics committee.

排除标准：

(1)血流动力学不稳的患者； (2)存在气道病变的患者； (3)合并严重气胸、胸腔积液的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)patients with hemodynamic instability; (2)patients with airway lesions; (3)patients with severe pneumothorax or pleural effusion
