纳入标准:

1.大一护理专业学生; 2.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书; 3.未系统学习过艾滋病相关专业课程。

Inclusion criteria

1. First-year nursing students; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 3. Have not systematically studied specialized courses related to AIDS.

排除标准:

1.有严重认知或沟通障碍,无法完成问卷调查; 2.参加过类似艾滋病干预研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe cognitive or communication impairments that prevent completion of the questionnaire; 2. Previous participation in similar HIV intervention studies.

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

本研究采用整群随机化,随机化单位为一个自然班级,将符合条件的大一护理专业10个班级进行唯一编码(01至10),用随机数字生成器生成一组与10个班级代码对应的、完全随机且无重复的随机数字序列。根据这组随机数字的大小,对10个班级进行升序排序。排序后的前5个班级被分配至试验组(棋盘游戏干预组),后5个班级被分配至对照组(传统讲座组)。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

This study employed cluster randomization, with the randomization unit being a natural class. Ten eligible first-year nursing classes were uniquely coded (01 to 10). A random number generator produced a sequence of completely random, non-repeating numbers corresponding to the 10 class codes. Based on the magnitude of these random numbers, the 10 classes were sorted in ascending order. The top five classes in the sorted list were assigned to the experimental group (board game intervention group), while the bottom five classes were assigned to the control group (traditional lecture group).

盲法:

由于干预形式的特殊性,受试者和干预实施者无法设盲。但结局评估者(发放和收集问卷的人员)对分组情况不知情,以尽量减少测量偏倚。

Blinding:

Due to the unique nature of the intervention design, blinding of participants and intervention providers was not feasible. However, outcome assessors (those distributing and collecting questionnaires) were unaware of group assignments to minimize measurement bias.
