探究eGFR下降与2型糖尿病患者亚临床左心功能障碍的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between declining eGFR and subclinical left ventricular dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》中2型糖尿病的诊断标准；2.性别不限，年龄≥18岁且≤70岁

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus as specified in China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes;2.Gender is not restricted, and age is >= 18 years old and <= 70 years old

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病及其他类型糖尿病；2.LVEF＜50%；3.经冠状动脉计算机断层扫描(CT) 或造影检查明确诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病或有过其他心脏疾病史；4.严重心律失常、心房颤动；5.严重心瓣膜疾病；6.肝硬化患者；7.影像学图像缺失或无法分析

Exclusion criteria：

1.Type 1 diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus;2.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 50%; Definite diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease via coronary computed tomography (CT) or angiography, or a history of other heart diseases;3.Severe arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation;4.Severe valvular heart disease;5.Patients with liver cirrhosis;6.Missing imaging images or images that cannot be analyzed
