观察原发性膜性肾病的治疗效果，对比利妥昔单抗及其他免疫抑制方案的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Observations on the treatment of primary membranous nephropathy, efficacy and safety of rituximab and other immunosuppressive regimens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.经肾脏病理诊断为原发性膜性肾病；
2.磷脂酶A2受体抗体滴度检测阳性，且排除继发性肾病；

Inclusion criteria

1.Primary membranous nephropathy diagnosed by renal pathology; 2.Positive PLA2R antibody test and exclusion of secondary kidney disease.

排除标准：

1.继发性ＭＮ；
2.活动性感染性疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary MN; 2. Patients with active infectious diseases.
