研究目的：

本项目以健康人群为对象，采用不同藻油软糖进行为期 1 个月的干预，并结合微生物组学、代谢组学、机器学习等技术确定 C15:0 的 DHA 藻油的耐受剂量、解析 C15:0 的 DHA 藻油对健康人群脂质代谢、肠道菌群的影响及其作用机制，为健康人群精准的个性化营养奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This project took healthy people as the object, and used different algal oil fudge for a one-month intervention. Combined with microbiome, metabolomics, machine learning and other techniques, this study determined the tolerated dose of DHA algae oil + C15:0, analyzed the effects of DHA algae oil + C15:0 on lipid metabolism and intestinal flora in healthy people and its mechanism, and laid a theoretical foundation for precise personalized nutrition for healthy people.

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-40 岁，性别不限； 2.健康； 3.未怀孕； 4.如已使用相关藻油或鱼油产品者，至少停用 4 周以上时间； 5.了解实验步骤并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-40 years old, both sexes; 2. Healthy; 3.Not pregnant; 4. If you have used related algae oil or fish oil products, stop using for at least 4 weeks; 5. Understand the experimental procedures and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.大量饮酒（女性平均饮酒量>1 杯/天，男性>2 杯/天或酗酒发作>5 杯/天）； 2.孕妇； 3.研究者认为会妨碍依从性或阻碍研究完成的任何其他情况； 4.研究者认为不能或不愿意遵守方案或有任何其他会妨碍依从性或阻碍研究完成的情况的受试者； 5.目前正在参加临床试验或在筛选后 180 天内接受研究药物的受试者; 6.目前正在使用其他藻油或者鱼油产品的受试者; 7.未给予知情同意.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heavy drinking (average drinking amount for women > 1 drink/day, for men > 2 drinks/day or binge drinking > 5 drinks/day); 2. Pregnant women; 3. Any other situation that researchers believe may interfere with compliance or hinder the completion of the study; 4. Subjects that researchers believe cannot or are unwilling to comply with the protocol or have any other situation that may interfere with compliance or hinder the completion of the study; 5. Subjects currently participating in clinical trials or receiving study drugs within 180 days after screening; 6. Subjects currently using other algal oil or fish oil products; 7. Not giving informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、数据采集： 本试验在整个干预过程中将有4个干预阶段，并进行问卷调查和生物样本采集。在规定时间，通知参加者到指定的地点进行相应的调查、检查和样本的收集，由专人填写项目实施记录表; 2、数据管理 数据管理包括数据搜集阶段的数据检查核对，数据整理阶段的预处理、编码、录入、校对和清理等。主要是为了净化原始数据，使其系统化、条理化，确保数据质量，确保其正确性和科学性。数据管理主要涉及三方人员：研究人员、质量控制组和数据管理员。研究人员的主要职责之一是将志愿者的信息正确、清晰的填入预先设计好的研究报告表和各项问卷，并在表上签名。质控组成员要定期前往试验现场，监督各个研究人员的试验进度及研究报告表的填写。在数据送到数据管理员之前，质控组需要对每一份收到的表格进行一系列的核对。数据管理员的主要职责是将研究报告表和各项问卷上的信息准确、可靠的输入计算机，并保证数据库和所有资料的安全和保密。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection: This experiment will have 4 intervention phases throughout the entire intervention process, along with questionnaire surveys and biological sample collection. Participants will be notified to go to designated locations for corresponding surveys, examinations, and sample collection at specified times, with a designated person filling out the project implementation record form; 2. Data Management: Data management includes data checking and verification during the data collection phase, as well as preprocessing, coding, entry, proofreading, and cleaning during the data organization phase. The main purpose is to purify the raw data, making it systematic and orderly, ensuring data quality, correctness, and scientific validity. Data management mainly involves three parties: researchers, quality control team, and data administrators. One of the main responsibilities of the researchers is to accurately and clearly fill in the volunteer's information onto the pre-designed research report forms and various questionnaires, and to sign the forms. Quality control team members are required to regularly visit the trial site to supervise the progress of each researcher and the completion of research report forms. Before the data is sent to the data administrator, the quality control team needs to conduct a series of checks on each received form. The main responsibility of the data administrator is to input the information from the research report forms and questionnaires into the computer accurately and reliably, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the database and all materials.
