研究目的：

（1）明确FUO的病因分布特征及临床特征； （2）建立并验证基于多临床参数的机器学习预测模型在FUO中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Clarify the etiological distribution and clinical characteristics of FUO; 2. Establish and verify the application effect of machine learning prediction model based on multi-clinical parameters in FUO.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥14岁；（2）发热持续3周以上；（3）口腔体温至少3次超过38.3℃（或至少3次体温在l天内波动超过1.2℃）；（4）至少1周在门诊或住院的全面检查仍不明确诊断；（5）临床资料完善。

Inclusion criteria

1. >=14 years old; 2.The fever lasts more than 3 weeks; 3.Oral body temperature exceeding 38.3 ° C for at least three times (or a temperature fluctuation of more than 1.2 ° C in a day); 4. At least 1 week in the door diagnose thorough examination of the patient or hospitalization remains inconclusive; 5.Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

排除妊娠状态、医院感染、已知确诊HIV感染的患者及免疫功能低下的患者，如中性粒细胞减少症患者（发热前已存在白细胞计数<1.0×10^9/L和/或粒细胞计数<0.5×10^9/L），且在过去3个月内至少发烧1周。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant status, nosocomial infection, patients with known confirmed HIV infection, and immunocompromised patients such as neutropenia (pre-existing white blood cell count < 1.0×10^9/L and/or granulocyte count <0.5×10^9/L) and fever for at least 1 week in the past 3 months.
