研究目的：

1.阐明HPA轴调节脑网络功能和代谢变化在CD内脏疼痛中枢敏化中的神经影像改变及其作用机制; 2.阐明电针通过HPA轴调控脑网络拓扑属性和功能连接，以及谷氨酸神经递质系统的作用，进而缓解CD内脏疼痛。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the neuroimaging changes and mechanisms of action of HPA axis regulation of brain network function and metabolic changes in central sensitization of visceral pain in CD; 2. Clarify how electroacupuncture regulates brain network topological properties and functional connectivity through the HPA axis, as well as the role of the glutamate neurotransmitter system, thereby alleviating visceral pain in CD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准： 1.经肠镜或临床诊断确诊为CD患者； 2.年龄18-60岁，右利手； 3.活动期患者，疼痛为新发且未经治疗； 4.签署知情同意书。 志愿者纳入标准： 1.排除消化道疾病； 2.年龄18-60岁，右利手； 3.意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of CD by colonoscopy or clinical diagnosis; 2. Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; 3. Patients in the active phase, with pain that is new onset and untreated; 4. Signed informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for volunteers: 1. Exclusion of gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; 3. Willing to participate in the study and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他肠道疾病或引起腹痛的其他疾病； 2.脑器质性病变、精神障碍； 3.过去3个月使用阿片类药物、皮质类固醇或精神药物； 4.幽闭恐惧症或体内有金属植入者； 5.女性处于月经期、怀孕期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other gastrointestinal diseases or other diseases causing abdominal pain; 2. Organic brain lesions, mental disorders; 3. Use of opioids, corticosteroids, or psychotropic drugs in the past three months; 4. Claustrophobia or individuals with metal implants in their bodies; 5. Women who are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
