研究目的：

体检的普及以及核磁共振的广泛应用，导致体检发现颅内小病灶的几率大大增加。这些小病灶有些是较明显的先天性改变；有些是早期外伤或出血遗留的痕迹；有些是不明原因的炎性病变；但还有可能是早期的胶质瘤。对于前两种情况，容易识别，且不需要特别处理，但对于后两种情况，早期诊断困难，且如不及时处理，可能带来较大的影响。目前尚无处理这些偶然发现的颅内小病灶的治疗指南，故我们开展了一项对于这种体检发现的无症状小病灶的临床研究，以期对未来颅内偶发小病灶的规范治疗提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

The popularization of physical examinations and the wide application of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have significantly increased the probability of detecting small intracranial lesions. Some of these small lesions are obvious congenital changes; some are remnants of early trauma or hemorrhage; some are inflammatory lesions of unknown cause; but they may also be early gliomas. The first two types are easy to identify and do not require special treatment, but the latter two are difficult to diagnose early and may have significant impacts if not treated in time. Currently, there are no treatment guidelines for these incidental small intracranial lesions. Therefore, we have initiated a clinical study on these asymptomatic small lesions found during physical examinations, with the aim of providing guidance for the standardized treatment of incidental small intracranial lesions in the future.

纳入标准：

偶然发现：体检核磁共振检查发现，或者因为头部意外受伤做检查发现，或者因临床研究做核磁共振，或者因为颅面部其他疾病如眼耳鼻疾病的检查发现颅内病灶 无神经功能临床症状：比如无肢体麻木或肌力下降，言语功能轻微障碍，癫痫等，但间断的轻微头痛不在此列 病灶小：最大直径≤3cm 影像怀疑胶质肿瘤，要排除比较明显的脑膜瘤，神经鞘瘤，囊肿，梗塞灶，缺血灶，软化灶，出血灶，血管影等良性病灶情况 初发，无手术史，无放化疗史，无伽马刀治疗

Inclusion criteria

(1)Incidentally found: The intracranial lesions were found through MRI preformed during physical examinations, examinations due to accidental head injuries, MRI preformed due to clinical research and examinations due to other craniofacial diseases such as eye, ear and nose diseases. (2)The patients had no clinical symptoms of neurological functions, such as numbness of limbs, muscle weakness, slight disorders in language function or epilepsy. However, patients with intermittent mild headaches were included, considering that this symptom is not clinically typical . (3)The lesions were relatively small, with maximum diameters less than 3 cm. (4)The lesions were suspected to be glioma radiologically, excluding obvious benign lesions such as meningiomas, schwannomas, cysts, encephalomalacia foci, hemorrhagic foci and vascular shadows. (5)Patients with initial onset leisons, who had no previous history of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or gamma knife.

排除标准：

大脑先天异常 有精神疾病 病灶为出血灶或软化灶 影像诊断较为明确的良性肿瘤，海绵状血管瘤等

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with congenital abnormalities of the brain. (2)Patients with mental diseases. (3)The lesions were confirmed as encephalomalacia foci or hemorrhagic foci. (4)The lesions had relatively clear diagnoses as benign tumor, such as cavernous hemangioma, according to the images.
