1.探索COPD患者用药依从性发展轨迹及其影响因素，为制定针对性的行为干预措施提供参考。 2.构建并实施COPD用药依从性干预方案，提高COPD患者用药依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the developmental trajectory of medication adherence and its influencing factors in COPD patients, providing a reference for the development of targeted behavioral interventions. 2. To construct and implement an intervention program for COPD medication adherence, aiming to improve medication adherence among COPD patients.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为COPD； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.知情同意并且自愿参与； 4.意识清醒，能够正常交流。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of COPD; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation; 4. Consciousness is sober and able to communicate normally.

排除标准：

1.有严重的心肺功能障碍； 2.严重精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2.Patients with severe mental illness.

The program includes five phases: 1-2 days after admission, 3-4 days after admission, 1-2 days before discharge, 1-2 weeks after admission, and 1-6 months after admission. 对照组患者接受常规照护。住院期间，对患者进行COPD及用药知识健康宣教。具体内容为：需按医嘱定时、定量使用药物；定期门诊复查并检测肺功能；需密切关注病情变化，如有异常及时就医。研究者建立对照组微信群，为患者答疑解惑。患者出院后，研究者第1个月第3个月和第6个月电话随访，收集资料，答疑解惑。

Patients in the control group receive routine care. During hospitalization, patients are provided with health education on COPD and medication knowledge. The specific content includes: the need to use medications on time and in the prescribed amounts as per the doctor's orders; the importance of regular outpatient follow-ups and pulmonary function tests; and the necessity to closely monitor changes in their condition and seek medical attention promptly if any abnormalities occur. The researchers establish a WeChat group for the control group to answer patients' questions and provide clarifications. After discharge, the researchers conduct telephone follow-ups with patients at 1, 3, and 6 months to collect data and answer any questions they may have.

1.数据采集： (1)数据来源 1）患者病历数据：包括患者的基本信息、诊断记录、治疗方案、用药情况、随访记录等。 2）通过电子病历系统收集患者的历史治疗数据、检查结果、药物反应等信息。 3）利用可穿戴设备和家用监测设备收集患者的日常生理数据，如心率、血氧饱和度等。 (2)数据采集工具 1）服药依从性：采用MCS-COPD分别于患者干预前、干预后1个月、干预后3个月、干预后6个月进行测量。 2）移动应用程序：用于患者自我报告用药情况和症状变化，同时提供用药提醒和健康教育。 2.数据管理 1）数据质量控制：建立数据质量评估体系，对收集的数据进行审查和清洗，剔除错误和异常数据。 2）数据清洗：使用数据清洗工具和算法，去除重复数据、填补缺失值、纠正错误数据。 3）隐私保护：遵循相关法律法规，对患者的隐私信息进行严格保护，不泄露患者个人信息。 4）定期备份：定期对数据进行备份，防止数据丢失或损坏。 5）访问控制：限制数据访问权限，只有经过授权的研究人员和数据管理人员可以访问数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection: (1) Data source 1) Patient medical record data: including basic information of patients, diagnostic records, treatment plans, medication status, follow-up records, etc. 2) Collect the patient's historical treatment data, examination results, drug reactions and other information through the electronic medical record system. 3) Use wearable devices and home monitoring devices to collect daily physiological data of patients, such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, etc. (2) Data collection tools 1) Medication adherence: MCS-COPD was used to measure patients before intervention, 1 month after intervention, 3 months after intervention, and 6 months after intervention. 2) Mobile application: used for patients to self-report medication status and symptom changes, while providing medication reminders and health education. 2.
