研究目的：

1.评估CVAI在诊断急性脑梗死合并MS中的效能，并与传统肥胖指标进行比较 2.建立基于CVAI的急性脑梗死患者预后预测模型 3.探讨CVAI在预测1年复发风险中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the efficacy of CVAI in diagnosing acute cerebral infarction complicated with MS and compare it with traditional obesity indicators 2. Establish a prognosis prediction model for patients with acute cerebral infarction based on CVAI 3. Explore the application value of CVAI in predicting the risk of recurrence within one year

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁且<=85岁； 2.经头颅CT或MRI证实的急性缺血性脑卒中患者； 3.发病时间<=7天； 4.mRS评分<=2分； 5.患者本人或法定监护人自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old and <=85 years old; 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Onset time <= 7 days; 4.mRS Score <=2 points; 5. The patient or their legal guardian voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.既往脑梗死病史； 2.合并脑出血； 3.严重肝肾功能不全(eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m^2或ALT>3倍正常上限)； 4.活动性恶性肿瘤； 5.严重感染性疾病； 6.预期生存期<1年；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of cerebral infarction; 2. Combined with cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m^2 or ALT>3 times the upper limit of normal); 4. Active malignant tumors; 5. Severe infectious diseases; 6. Expected survival period <1 year;
