研究目的：

(1)开发构建并细化一套可操作、可复制的基层医师提供简短戒烟干预推广者策略方案。 (2)验证在中国初级卫生保健背景下该策略能否显著提升基层医生简短戒烟干预的实施率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop, construct, and refine a set of operational and replicable strategies for promoting brief smoking cessation interventions by primary care physicians. (2) Verify whether this strategy can significantly improve the implementation rate of brief smoking cessation interventions by primary care physicians in the context of primary health care in China.

纳入标准：

机构：(a) 过去三年内隶属于紧凑型医疗联盟的成员机构；(b) 提供初级卫生保健服务的医疗机构。 医师：(a) 在研究场所执业的临床医生、临床助理、乡村临床医生及乡村卫生工作者；(b) 具备至少六个月临床工作经验；(c) 提供门诊及初级卫生保健服务。

Inclusion criteria

Institutions: (a) member institutions that have been affiliated with the compact medical consortium in the last three years; (b) medical institutions that provide primary health care services Clinicians: (a) practicing clinicians, clinicians assistants, rural clinicians, and rural health workers in the study setting; (b) having worked in a clinical capacity for at least six months; and (c) providing outpatient and primary healthcare services.

排除标准：

机构：(a) 正在参与其他促进戒烟干预研究；(b) 正在参与与推广者干预相关的其他实施研究。 医师：(a)曾接受戒烟相关培训或参与过类似试验；(b)因故缺勤一个月及以上；(c)非正式雇员（如临时工、轮岗人员或实习生）；(d)当前参与其他涉及推广者策略的研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Institutions: (a) ongoing participation in other studies of interventions to promote smoking cessation; (b) ongoing participation in other implementation studies related to the Champion intervention. Clinicians: (a) having previously received smoking cessation-related training or participated in a similar trial; (b) being absent from work for one month or more for various reasons; (c) being a non-formal employee such as a temporary worker, rotational staff, or intern; and (d) currently participating in other studies related to a Champion strategy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集收集医生及患者的基线人口统计信息、干预前后数据，分别从人事档案、电子健康记录提取及电话回访获取，患者样本用简单随机与系统抽样结合选取；源数据含医生人事档案、患者电子健康记录等，数据经匿名化处理，存于首席研究者设备的密码保护数据库；研究团队成员、电话回访人员负责数据采集，数据录入人员负责录入，且数据录入采用双人核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection involves gathering baseline demographic information from doctors and patients, as well as pre- and post-intervention data. This information is extracted from personnel records, electronic health records, and telephone follow-ups. Patient samples are selected using a combination of simple random and systematic sampling. The source data includes doctors' personnel records and patients' electronic health records, among others. The data is anonymised and stored in a password-protected database on the principal investigator's device. Research team members and telephone follow-up staff are responsible for data collection, while data entry staff are responsible for data entry, which is subject to double-checking by two individuals.
