通过病例对照研究探索成年人群红斑狼疮的发病相关因素  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the factors related to the onset of lupus erythematosus in the adult population through a case-control study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例组：10-80岁的SLE患者，符合 2019 年欧洲风湿病联盟（EULAR）/美国风湿病学会（ACR）的标准。 2.健康对照纳入：与病例组在年龄及性别上无统计学差异。 3.签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项目并能按要求完访谈评估，完成检查及留取血样本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Case group: SLE patients aged 10-80 years, meeting the criteria of the 2019 European Union of Rheumatology (EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR). 2. Inclusion of healthy controls: There was no statistical difference in age and gender with the case group. 3. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in this project and be able to complete the interview and assessment, complete the examination and blood sample collection as required.

排除标准：

1.存在精神异常或视力、听力障碍等妨碍调查正常进行的因素； 2. 知情同意过程中拒绝参加或无法配合完成血液留取

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are mental abnormalities or visual impairment, hearing impairment and other factors that hinder the normal progress of the investigation; 2. Refusal to participate in the informed consent process or inability to cooperate with the completion of blood collection
