研究目的：

本项目主要考察青少年抑郁症患者心理时间之旅缺损的神经机制，并运用积极生命回顾训练和积极想象未来训练联合干预对青少年抑郁症患者心理时间之旅缺损进行干预，考察干预的效果。目的：第一，探索青少年心理时间之旅缺损与前额叶激活异常的关系，辅助考察有自伤风险的青少年脑功能激活情况。第二，考察积极生命回顾训练和积极想象未来训练联合干预对青少年抑郁症患者心理时间之旅缺损的改善效果。第三，考察积极生命回顾训练和积极想象未来训练联合干预对青少年抑郁症患者情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This project mainly investigates the neural mechanism of psychological time travel deficits in adolescent depression patients, and uses a combination of positive life review training and positive imagination future training to intervene in the psychological time travel deficits of adolescent depression patients, and examines the effectiveness of the intervention. Objective: Firstly, to explore the relationship between adolescent psychological time travel deficits and abnormal activation of the prefrontal cortex. Secondly, investigate the improvement effect of the combined intervention of positive life review training and positive imagination future training on the psychological time travel deficit in adolescent depression patients. Thirdly, investigate the combined intervention of positive life review training and positive imagination future training on the emotions of adolescent depression patients This project mainly investigates the neural mechanism of psychological time travel deficits in adolescent depression patients, and uses a combination of positive life review training and positive imagination future training to intervene in the psychological time travel deficits of adolescent depression patients, and examines the effectiveness of the intervention. Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

青少年抑郁症入组标准： 1.经精神科主治医师以上医生确诊， 2.符合DSM-V诊断标准； 3.没有神经系统疾病史； 4.没有药物及酒精依赖史； 5. 近3个月没有接受无抽搐电休克治疗； 6.年龄在12到18岁之间；学历为小学及以上。 健康对照组入组标准： 1.无精神病史； 2.一级亲属无精神疾病患者； 3.无神经系统疾病史； 4.无药物及酒精依赖史； 5.年龄在12-18岁之间； 6.学历为小学及以上，配合度高，并且与抑郁症患者组在年龄、性别、教育水平上匹配。

Inclusion criteria

Adolescent Depression Enrollment Criteria: 1. Diagnosed by a psychiatrist or above, 2. Meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria; 3. No history of neurological diseases; 4. No history of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. No convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy in the past 3 months; 6. Aged between 12 and 18 years; Education is primary school or above. Healthy control group enrollment criteria: 1. No history of mental illness; 2. Patients with no mental illness in the first degree of relatives; 3. No history of neurological diseases; 4. No history of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. Aged between 12-18 years; 6. Primary school education or above, high degree of cooperation, and matching the group of depressed patients in terms of age, gender, and education level.

排除标准：

1.有精神病史； 2.一级亲属有精神疾病患者； 3.有精神系统疾病史； 4.有药物及酒精依赖史； 5.年龄在小于12或者大于18岁； 6.其他不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illness; 2. First-degree relatives with mental illness; 3. History of mental system diseases; 4. History of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. Age less than 12 or more than 18 years old; 6. Other situations that are not suitable for enrollment.
