研究目的：

在正念冥想基础上加用慈悲冥想练习，并结合围产期女性生理心理变化特点，开发一套更适合围产期女性的心理冥想课程，验证该课程的干预效果，并探究在干预中发挥的中介作用的变量。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of Mindfulness Meditation and Loving-kindness Meditation practice, combined with the physiological and psychological changes of perinatal women, develop a more suitable psychological meditation course for perinatal women, verify the intervention effect of the course, and explore the variables that play a mediating role in the intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、孕周<=34周的孕妇 2、EPDS>=9分，且既往无精神疾病史

Inclusion criteria

1.Pregnant women with gestational weeks <=34 weeks, 2.EPDS >=9 points, and no history of mental illness

排除标准：

1、患有精神疾病 2、中枢神经系统疾病如脑瘤、脑外伤等 3、正在服用精神疾病类药物或者正在接受心理治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from mental illness; 2.Central nervous system diseases such as brain tumors, traumatic brain injuries, etc; 3.Currently taking medication for mental illness or undergoing psychological treatment
