研究目的：

在社会因素、疾病因素和心理因素的多重影响下，新确诊HIV感染者/AIDS患者在短期内产生了极大的心理压力，易出现自责、自我歧视、抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪，严重影响患者的身心健康，急需一种行之有效的方法来改善这种现状，故本研究拟探讨基于移动端的自助减压干预对新确诊HIV感染者/AIDS患者的压力水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Under the combined influence of social, disease-related, and psychological factors, individuals newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS often experience acute psychological distress shortly after diagnosis, manifesting as self-blame, internalized stigma, depression, and anxiety. These negative emotional states severely compromise their physical and mental well-being, necessitating the development of effective interventions to address this critical issue. Therefore, this study aims to examine the impact of a mobile-based self-help stress reduction intervention on alleviating stress levels among newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①基线压力量表评分28分；②确诊感染时间≤7天；③年龄≥18周岁；④现居住在该市辖区内（包括6个市区和3个县）6个月以上；⑤能独立完成调查；⑥自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1.Baseline perceived stress score >=28 (measured by PSS-14); 2.Diagnosis of HIV infection within <=7 days; 3.Aged >=18 years; 4.Current residence within the municipal jurisdiction (including 6 urban districts and 3 counties) for >=6 months; 5.Ability to independently complete the survey; 6.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：①有严重的精神病史或者认知障碍者；②近期（3个月内）使用过精神病类药物；③因各种原因不能使用手机等电子通讯设备；④同时参与其他心理干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1.History of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or cognitive impairment; 2.Recent use of psychotropic medications (within the past 3 months); 3.Inability to use mobile devices or electronic communication tools; 4.Concurrent participation in other psychological interventions.
