研究目的：

本研究的核心目标是建立一个符合国际标准的多中心、前瞻性、动态系统性红斑狼疮卓越研究队列(LIFE-Lupus Initiative For Excellence)。通过与多个高水平临床中心合作，我们将构建一个涵盖成人与儿童患者的长期随访队列，并系统化、高质量地收集和储备临床表型、生物样本和多组学数据。此举旨在为SLE的临床与转化研究提供坚实的数据基础，其建设成果将与申康医联大数据平台对接。其次，我们将在上述队列基础上，纳入主中心活动性LN 患者形成LN队列，通过流式细胞术和血浆/尿液ELISA 检测寻找与疾病特征相关的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

The overarching objective of this study is to establish a multicentre, prospective, dynamic systemic-lupus-erythematosus (SLE) cohort of international calibre—LIFE (Lupus Initiative For Excellence). By partnering with several high-level clinical centres, we will assemble a long-term follow-up cohort that spans both adult and paediatric patients, and systematically collect and curate high-quality clinical phenotypes, biospecimens, and multi-omics data. This endeavour will furnish a robust data foundation for clinical and translational research in SLE, and the resulting dataset will be integrated with the Shenkang Medical Big-Data Platform. Building on this cohort, we will further enrol patients with active lupus nephritis (LN) from the coordinating centre to constitute an LN sub-cohort. Using flow cytometry and ELISA of plasma and urine, we will identify biomarkers that correlate with disease characteristics.

纳入标准：

符合 ACR 1997,SLICC 2012和EULAR/ACR2019 三个版本诊断标准中的任意一个且知情同意参与研究的系统性红斑狼疮患者

Inclusion criteria

Adults or children with systemic lupus erythematosus who fulfil any one of the ACR 1997, SLICC 2012, or EULAR/ACR 2019 classification criteria and provide informed consent to participate in the study

排除标准：

不提供知情同意或所需采集核心数据的80%无法提供者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals who decline to provide informed consent or from whom ≥80 % of the required core data elements cannot be obtained
