研究目的：

通过对CHD患者术后全生命周期的神经认知功能的评估、结构性脑MRI及功能性MRI脑代谢研究，揭示CHD术后神经发育障碍的发生轨迹和风险因素，探寻CHD神经发育障碍与大脑结构和代谢改变之间的关联，明确神经发育障碍的细胞学机制，进一步探讨先心病术后神经发育和脑代谢的改善方法，为CHD术后患者全生命周期的脑保护提供新的防治方法，提高患儿生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

By evaluating the neurocognitive function throughout the entire postoperative lifespan of CHD patients, conducting structural brain MRI and functional MRI-based cerebral metabolism studies, we aim to reveal the developmental trajectory and risk factors of neurodevelopmental disorders after CHD surgery, explore the association between CHD-related neurodevelopmental disorders and alterations in brain structure and metabolism, clarify the cellular mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders, further investigate methods to improve neurodevelopment and cerebral metabolism after congenital heart disease surgery, provide novel preventive and therapeutic approaches for lifelong brain protection in postoperative CHD patients, and enhance the quality of life for affected children.

纳入标准：

1.新生儿-18岁; 2.自愿签署知情同意书； 3.超声诊断CHD。

Inclusion criteria

1. Neonates to 18 years old; 2.Voluntary signing of informed consent; 3. CHD diagnosed by ultrasound.

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重的神经系统疾病, 如颅脑外伤、脑肿瘤、颅内感染、癫痫、脑梗死、脑出血、代谢性脑病、非血管性因素诱发的脑白质病变； 2.24h内服用过影响认知功能的药物； 3.患有严重的全身系统性疾病或重要器官功能不全； 4.存在MRI检查禁忌证, 如安装有心脏起搏器等, 不能完成头颅MRI检查； 5.合并抑郁症等心理疾患而无法行神经心理量表测评或有精神疾病史； 6.痴呆或长期服用影响认知功能的药物及其他导致认知损害的疾病； 8.临床发现的先天性感染； 9.不愿签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe neurological disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, intracranial infections, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, metabolic encephalopathy, or non-vascular white matter lesions; 2. Use of medications affecting cognitive function within 24 hours; 3.Severe systemic diseases or major organ dysfunction; 4.Contraindications to MRI examination, such as the presence of a cardiac pacemaker, rendering completion of cranial MRI impossible; 5. Comorbid psychological disorders (e.g., depression) preventing neuropsychological scale assessment or a history of mental illness; 6. Dementia, long-term use of medications affecting cognitive function, or other conditions causing cognitive impairment; 7. Known genetic abnormalities; 8. Clinically identified congenital infections; 9.Patients unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
