研究目的：

检测心血管疾病患者手术中留存的常规诊疗剩余离体心脏组织样本中某些特定蛋白表达水平，并收集患者的年龄、性别、身高、体重、疾病史、用药史、左心室射血分数、左/右心室收缩期内径、左/右心室舒张期内径、短轴缩短率、室间隔厚度、左/右心室后壁厚度等临床数据进行相关统计学分析。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine the expression levels of certain specific proteins in residual ex vivo heart tissue samples obtained from patients with cardiovascular disease during surgery, and collect clinical data including patients' age, gender, height, weight, medical history, medication history, left ventricular ejection fraction, left/right ventricular systolic internal diameter, left/ right ventricular diastolic internal diameter, left ventricular fractional shortening, interventricular septum thickness, left/right ventricular posterior wall thickness, and other clinical data for relevant statistical analysis.

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书 2.有手术中留存的常规诊疗剩余离体心脏组织者 3.年龄>=18 4.不限制性别 5.2020 年 6 月-2024 年 6 月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院 6.接受过心脏相关外科或介入手术治疗者

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntary signing of informed consent form 2. Patients with residual in vitro cardiac tissue from routine diagnostic treatment during surgery 3. Age >= 18 4. No gender restrictions 5. Patients who visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2020 to June 2024 6. Patients who have undergone cardiac-related surgical or interventional treatment
