研究目的：

跌倒在我院护理不良事件中占比位居首位，故对住院患者进行跌倒综合管理显得尤为重要。老年人跌倒与年龄、跌倒史、步态和平衡、功能障碍、疾病史、用药史、辅助工具的使用、患者参与度、环境等多因素相关，多因素性、多领域的干预，可有效降高危人群的跌倒率。  

Objectives of Study：

Falls account for the highest proportion of adverse nursing events in our hospital, so comprehensive management of falls for hospitalized patients is particularly important. Falls in elderly people are related to multiple factors such as age, fall history, gait and balance, functional impairment, disease history, medication history, use of assistive tools, patient participation, environment, etc. Interventions in multiple factors and fields can effectively reduce the fall rate in high-risk populations.
