研究目的：

本研究试图证实该技术在NSTEMI患者定位犯罪血管诊断方面的价值，可为治疗方案的选择提供更加可靠的参考，目的为利用无创技术达到术前预测犯罪血管，并帮助临床医生进行鉴别诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to validate the value of STE in identifying the culprit vessel in NSTEMI patients, which may provide a more reliable reference for treatment strategy selection. The objective is to achieve non-invasive preoperative prediction of the culprit vessel and assist clinicians in differential diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

非ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断参照中国心肌梗死诊疗专家共识： (1)入院时12导联心电图示新发或一过性两个及以上连续导联ST压低≥0.1mV或T波倒置≥0.2mV； (2)患者具有缺血性心脏病典型临床症状； (3)肌钙蛋白等生物学标志物增高或增高后降低，且至少一个值高于参考上限的第 99个百分位数； (4)GRACE风险评分为中低危组（小于140分）。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) is based on the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myocardial Infarction: (1) A 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) at admission shows new or transient ST-segment depression >=0.1 mV or T-wave inversion >=0.2 mV in two or more contiguous leads; (2) The patient exhibits typical clinical symptoms of ischemic heart disease; (3) Elevated or dynamically changing biomarkers such as cardiac troponin, with at least one value above the 99th percentile upper reference limit; (4) A GRACE risk score indicating intermediate to low risk (less than 140 points).

排除标准：

(1)严重心脏瓣膜病； (2)房颤（心率快于100次/分）； (3)心包炎及大量心包积液； (4)入院和/或住院期间心电图上出现完全束支传导阻滞； (5)超声心动图图像质量欠佳，无法进行有效分析。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe valvular heart disease; (2) Atrial fibrillation (with heart rate exceeding 100 beats per minute); (3) Pericarditis and massive pericardial effusion; (4) Complete bundle branch block observed on electrocardiogram (ECG) at admission and/or during hospitalization; (5) Poor-quality echocardiographic images that preclude effective analysis.
