研究目的：

本研究的目的是旨在探究音乐聆听是否比标准护理更有效地改善其疼痛感知，同时对比标准化和个性化音乐聆听对骨科患者术后的影响差异。若研究结果证实音乐聆听能够改善骨科术后患者的疼痛感知，那么该方法有望在未来的临床实践中得到推广，以更好地为骨科术后患者服务，帮助其缓解疼痛问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to rigorously investigate whether music listening is more efficacious than standard care in modulating postoperative pain perception among orthopedic patients, and to comparatively evaluate the differential analgesic effects of standardized versus individualized musical interventions. Should the findings substantiate the analgesic efficacy of music listening, this non-pharmacological modality could be systematically integrated into postoperative pain management protocols, thereby optimizing analgesic outcomes and enhancing recovery trajectories for orthopedic surgical patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18至65岁之间的成年人； 2.根据视觉模拟量表（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS），疼痛评分≥40，表明患者经历中度至重度疼痛； 3.患者仅在骨科术后人群中选择.

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged 18–65 years; 2. A pain score >=40 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), indicating moderate-to-severe pain; 3. Restricted to post-orthopedic surgical patients only.

排除标准：

1.有认知障碍的患者，避免影响他们理解和参与研究的能力； 2.有听力障碍的患者，避免影响音乐治疗本身的效果； 3. 心肺肝严重器质性病变患者排除； 4.正在参与其他疼痛管理研究的患者，以避免治疗效果的混淆和叠加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive impairment, to prevent compromise of their ability to comprehend and participate in the study. 2. Patients with hearing impairment, to avoid interference with the efficacy of music-based interventions. 3. Patients with severe organic disorders of the heart, lungs, or liver. 4. Patients concurrently enrolled in other pain-management trials, to obviate the confounding or additive effects of additional therapeutic regimens.
