评价在学校环境中采用中西医结合综合干预对延缓儿童青少年近视发生和进展的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine interventions in delaying the onset and progression of myopia among children in school settings

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄6～12岁； （2）最佳矫正远视力≥1.0； （3）双眼无影响视力的其它器质性病变； （4）自愿接受本临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 6 to 12 years old; (2) Best corrected distance visual acuity >=1.0; (3) No other organic diseases affecting visual acuity were found in either eye; (4) Voluntarily participated in this clinical study after providing written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）双眼或单眼合并角膜、虹膜、晶状体、眼底病变等影响视力的器质性病变者及斜视、弱视受试者； （2）既往有眼部外伤史或手术史； （3）患有严重的全身疾病者，如心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏，造血系统和精神疾病者； （4）存在智力问题或沟通交流障碍者； （5）正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Participants with organic ocular diseases affecting vision in one or both eyes (e.g., cornea, iris, lens, or ocular fundus) and those with strabismus or amblyopia; (2) Subjects with a history of ocular trauma or previous eye surgery were excluded; (3) Severe systemic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, or psychiatric disorders); (4) Intellectual disability or communication impairment; (5) Current participation in other clinical trials.

采用整群随机抽样的方法，在每个学校内，按年级分层，以班级为群组，由一个独立的统计学家采用简单随机抽样方法在每个年级内随机分配班级至干预组或对照组。将使用R语言进行入组班级的随机化，入组班级将被随机分为中西医结合干预组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A cluster randomized controlled trial will be conducted. Within each school, stratification by grade was performed. Using the class as the cluster, an independent statistician will allocate classes within each grade to either the intervention or control group using simple random sampling, generated by the R software. The enrolled classes will be randomly assigned to either the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention group or the control group.
