研究目的：

本研究旨在评价远程互动式手功能机器人对脑卒中患者手功能的改善效果，并通过与常规手功能机器人干预、临床常规康复治疗的对比，明确其是否具有更优的手功能改善作用；同时探索该干预方式对患者日常生活活动能力、生活质量、手部灵巧性、接受度、满意度及依从性的影响，全面评估其临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a remote interactive hand function robot in improving hand function in stroke patients. By comparing it with conventional hand function robot intervention and routine clinical rehabilitation treatments, the study seeks to determine whether it offers superior improvement in hand function. Additionally, the study explores the impact of this intervention on patients' activities of daily living, quality of life, hand dexterity, acceptance, satisfaction, and adherence, providing a comprehensive assessment of its clinical application value.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为脑卒中，首次发病； 2.能够在不需要上肢支撑的情况下保持坐姿平衡，并能够至少持续半小时的训练或评估； 3.具备良好的认知功能（简易智能状态筛查量表得分>=22）； 4.年龄范围在20-80岁； 5.自愿参加本研究，并已阅读并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinically diagnosed as stroke, first onset; 2. Ability to maintain sitting balance without the need for upper limb support and ability to last at least half an hour of training or assessment; 3. Have good cognitive function (score of the Mini-Intelligent State Screening Scale>=22); 4. The age range is 20-80 years old; 5. Volunteered to participate in this study and read and signed the "Informed Consent Form".

排除标准：

1.存在严重的骨关节、肌肉、神经系统疾病，或有上肢手术史; 2.患有严重的肝、肾、心、肺、血液系统疾病; 3.有癫痫病史或家族中有癫痫病史; 4.体内或颅内植入金属物; 5.有严重的视觉或听觉损害，无法配合训练; 6.正在参与其他临床试验.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe osteojoint, muscular, and neurological diseases, or a history of upper limb surgery; 2. Suffer from severe liver, kidney, heart, lung, and blood system diseases; 3. History of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 4. Implanted metal objects in the body or in the skull; 5. Have severe visual or auditory impairment and cannot cooperate with training; 6. Participating in other clinical trials.

采用计算机生成的区组随机化方法。由独立统计学家使用统计软件产生随机序列。根据Brunnstrom分期进行分层（共两层），然后在各层内将受试者以1:1:1的比例随机分配至三个平行对照组。

A computer-generated block randomization method was used. An independent statistician generated the random sequence using statistical software. Stratification was performed according to the Brunnstrom stages (two strata in total), and then participants were randomly assigned to three parallel control groups at a ratio of 1:1:1 within each stratum.
