研究目的：

基于此项观察研究，探讨苏合香芳香护理干预对全麻术后儿童麻醉恢复室焦虑躁动及多症状管理效果的随机对照研究，评价苏合香香包干预能否降低儿童在 PACU 的焦虑水平（mYPAS 总分)。明确苏合香芳香护理对术后恢复过程中的作用，制定相关干预措施，提高儿童术后恢复质量，减少不良事件发生率。香包制作简便、成本低，可快速复制到日间手术中心与基层医院；助力政策落地：成果可直接服务于“健康中国2030”儿童友好医院建设目标，并为后续制定《儿童术后芳香护理指南》奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on this observational study, a randomized controlled study was conducted to explore the effect of Suhexiang fragrant nursing intervention on anxiety, restlessness, and multi symptom management in the anesthesia recovery room of children after general anesthesia. The aim was to evaluate whether Suhexiang sachet intervention could reduce children's anxiety levels (mYPAS total score) in PACU. Clarify the role of Suhexiang aromatic care in the postoperative recovery process, develop relevant intervention measures, improve the quality of children's postoperative recovery, and reduce the incidence of adverse events. The production of sachets is simple, cost-effective, and can be quickly replicated in day surgery centers and primary hospitals; Supporting policy implementation: The results can directly serve the goal of building a "Healthy China 2030" child friendly hospital and lay the foundation for the subsequent development of the "Guidelines for Postoperative Aromatherapy Care for Children".

纳入标准：

1.年龄范围：3至12岁的儿童。 2.手术类型：2024年8月至2025年8月期间在医院接受全麻耳鼻喉手术后进入PACU的患者。 3.知情同意：患儿的家属签署知情同意书。（大于等于8岁需患者自行签署）

Inclusion criteria

1. Age Range: Children aged 3 to 12 years. 2. Type of Surgery: Patients who undergo general anesthesia for ear, nose, and throat surgeries from August 2024 to August 2025 and enter the PACU. 3. Informed Consent: Signed by the family of the child. (Patients who are 8 years old or older must sign the consent themselves).

排除标准：

1.严重精神类疾病：如精神分裂症、严重抑郁症等影响术后恢复的精神疾病。 2.重度脑部疾病：如严重的脑外伤、脑瘫等影响术后监护的脑部疾病。 3.聋哑患者：由于无法进行有效的术后疼痛和不适感评估，排除聋哑患者。 4.其他严重系统性疾病：如严重的心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肾功能不全等影响术后恢复的系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental disorders: Such as schizophrenia, severe depression, and other mental illnesses that affect postoperative recovery. 2. Severe brain diseases: Such as serious head trauma, cerebral palsy, and other brain diseases that affect postoperative monitoring. 3. Deaf-mute patients: Excluded due to the inability to effectively assess postoperative pain and discomfort. 4. Other severe systemic diseases: Such as severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, renal failure, and other systemic diseases that affect postoperative recovery.
