研究目的：

（1）了解心肌炎患者的流行病学特征（时间分布、地区分布与人群特征）； （2）了解心肌炎患者中各种相关病毒的感染率并探究常见病毒感染与发病的关联性及关联强度； （3）探索常见病毒感染对心肌炎临床表现与长期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To understand the epidemiological characteristics of patients with myocarditis, including temporal distribution, regional distribution, and population characteristics. (2)To investigate the infection rates of various related viruses in myocarditis patients and explore the correlation and strength of association between common viral infections and the onset of the disease. (3)To explore the impact of common viral infections on the clinical manifestations and long-term prognosis of myocarditis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组所有研究对象须满足以下入选标准： a. 年龄≥14岁 b. 患者符合急性心肌炎的临床诊断标准[1]（详见《中国成人心肌炎临床诊断与治疗指南（2024）》） c. 签署知情同意书 对照组所有研究对象必须满足以下入选标准： a. 非心肌炎患者且既往无心肌炎病史； b. 采样时间与匹配病例首次采样间隔不超过3天； c. 性别与匹配病例一致且年龄与匹配病例相似（±2岁）。 d. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion Criteria for Case Group All study subjects in the case group must meet the following inclusion criteria: (1). Age >= 14 years old. (2). Patients meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for acute myocarditis [1] (see Chinese Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Myocarditis (2024) for details). (3). Signed the informed consent form. 2.Inclusion Criteria for Control Group All study subjects in the control group must meet the following inclusion criteria: (1). Non-myocarditis patients with no previous history of myocarditis. (2). The sampling time does not exceed 3 days from the first sampling of the matched case. (3). Gender is consistent with the matched case, and age is similar to the matched case (±2 years). (4). Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

病例组： a. 急性冠脉综合征 b. 应激性心肌病 c. 1 个月内心脏外伤、心脏手术 d. 慢性心衰急性加重 e. 浸润性心肌病 f. 脓毒性心肌病 g. 急性肺栓塞 h. Stanford A 型主动脉夹层 i. 急性脑血管意外 j. 糖尿病酮症酸中毒、甲亢危象等代谢性疾病 k. 单纯急性心包炎 对照组 ： 已知有心脏病史或近期（1个月内）有呼吸道/肠道病毒感染相关症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion Criteria for Case Group (1). Acute coronary syndrome (2). Stress-induced cardiomyopathy (3). Cardiac trauma or cardiac surgery within 1 month (4). Acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure (5). Infiltrative cardiomyopathy (6). Septic cardiomyopathy (7). Acute pulmonary embolism (8). Stanford type A aortic dissection (9). Acute cerebrovascular accident (10). Metabolic diseases such as diabetic ketoacidosis and thyroid storm (11). Isolated acute pericarditis 2.Exclusion Criteria for Control Group History of known heart disease or recent (within 1 month) symptoms related to respiratory/gastrointestinal viral infections.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF：设计涵盖人口学、病史、检查、治疗及转归等模块，采用双人双录入确保数据准确，遵循临床指南规范。 EDC：使用 Epidata 系统电子化采集数据，设置逻辑校验和权限管理，生物样本按规则编号并与临床数据关联，存储于安全服务器并定期备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF: The design covers modules such as demographics, medical history, examinations, treatment, and outcomes. Double data entry by two persons is adopted to ensure data accuracy, which complies with clinical guideline specifications. EDC: The Epidata system is used for electronic data collection, with logical verification and permission management set up. Biological samples are numbered according to rules and associated with clinical data, stored in a secure server and backed up regularly.
