Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence, clinical characteristics, preoperative risk factors, and prognostic implications of myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery (MINS) in unselected patients undergoing pulmonary resection.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁；（2）接受择期肺切除术

Inclusion criteria

(1) age >= 18 years; (2) underwent elective pulmonary resection

排除标准：

（1）同时进行其他手术操作（如纵隔病变切除术、食管病变切除术等）；（2）临床资料不完整

Exclusion criteria：

(1) concurrent additional surgical procedures (e.g., mediastinal lesion resection, esophageal lesion resection, etc.); (2) incomplete clinical data

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集将采用专为本研究设计的电子病例报告表（eCRF）。eCRF设计将完全遵循研究方案，完整收集受试者的人口学特征、术前检查结果、手术信息、术后并发症及随访数据等所有数据。采用Microsoft Excel软件建立队列数据库，为确保数据信息安全，数据库设置访问权限，并做双备份管理，定期检查、维护数据库。对所有录入数据进行格式标准化、统一化，对极值数据进行二次确认，避免数据误录。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection for this study will utilize an electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) specifically designed for this research. The eCRF design will strictly adhere to the study protocol, comprehensively collecting all data, including demographic characteristics, preoperative examination results, surgical information, postoperative complications, and follow-up data. A cohort database will be established using Microsoft Excel software. To ensure data security, the database will have access controls and undergo dual-backup management, with regular inspection and maintenance. All entered data will be standardized and unified in format, and extreme values will be double-checked to prevent data entry errors.
