研究目的：

优生优育是我国的基本国策，对提高中华民族整体素质有着重大意义。超声检查由于对胎儿无创伤、无致畸作用，安全性高，是产前筛查胎儿畸形的重要工具。然而，超声检查具有较强的操作者依赖性，产科超声筛查的切面留存是否标准、全面，报告是否合乎规范，影响着筛查结果的准确性，可能影响临床医生的决策和孕妇及胎儿的预后，影响母胎安全。因此，产科超声筛查的质量控制尤为重要。 目前，我国产科超声筛查的质量控制主要依赖专家现场抽查，由于产科超声筛查留存切面数量较多，抽查费时费力，效率较低，且抽查频率有限。利用信息化手段，提高产科超声筛查质控的效率及抽查频率，在日常工作中对超声医师及时反馈，全面提高产科超声筛查的水平，是亟需解决的问题。此外，我国目前对于各级医疗机构产科超声筛查存图规范及报告书写情况、是否符合目前国际成熟报告体系标准等，仍缺乏明确的数据。因此，通过全国范围各级医疗机构产科超声筛查数据的收集及调研，了解全国产科超声筛查总体情况，参考国际成熟报告体系标准，制定并推行适合我国人群的产科超声筛查标准化存图及结构化报告体系，制定中国专家共识，有助于实现全国范围内产科超声筛查的规范化与同质化。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, the quality control of obstetric ultrasound screening in China mainly relies on on-site spot checks by experts. Due to the large number of retained sections in obstetric ultrasound screening, spot checks are time-consuming, labor-intensive, inefficient, and the frequency of spot checks is limited. The use of information technology to improve the efficiency and sampling frequency of obstetric ultrasound screening quality control, timely feedback to ultrasound physicians in daily work, and comprehensively improve the level of obstetric ultrasound screening are urgent problems that need to be solved. In addition, there is still a lack of clear data in China regarding the storage standards and report writing of obstetric ultrasound screening in medical institutions at all levels, as well as whether they comply with the current international mature reporting system standards. Therefore, through the collection and research of obstetric ultrasound screening data from medical institutions at all levels nationwide, we can understand the overall situation of obstetric ultrasound screening nationwide, refer to international mature reporting system standards, develop and implement a standardized image and structured reporting system for obstetric ultrasound screening suitable for Chinese people, and develop a consensus among Chinese experts, which will help to achieve the standardization and homogenization of obstetric ultrasound screening nationwide.

纳入标准：

1.孕（20~24+6周）低风险单胎妊娠； 2.孕妇体质量指数（BMI）为18.0~26.0kg/m^2； 3.孕妇既往月经规律，末次月经信息准确，或人工辅助生殖胚胎移植相关信息完整； 4.孕早期胎儿头臀长与孕周核对准确；

Inclusion criteria

1.Low risk singleton pregnancy (20-24+6 weeks);
2.The body mass index (BMI) of pregnant women is 18.0-26.0kg/m^2;
3.Pregnant women's past menstrual patterns, accurate last menstrual information, or complete information related to artificial assisted reproductive embryo transfer;
4.Accurate verification of fetal head hip length and gestational age in early pregnancy;

排除标准：

1.孕妇合并先兆子痫、妊娠高血压和糖尿病等；
2.超声标准切面获取不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women with preeclampsia, pregnancy induced hypertension and diabetes;
2.Incomplete acquisition of ultrasound standard section;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF已上传伦理审查系统。 所有试点医院上传的超声图像等数据由国家卫生健康委国际交流与合作中心“超声医学质量控制平台”保存，按照国家信息安全等级保护要求及中心信息安全相关规定进行数据安全处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF has been uploaded to the ethics review system. All ultrasound images and other data uploaded by pilot hospitals are saved by the "Ultrasound Medical Quality Control Platform" of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the National Health Commission, and processed for data security in accordance with national information security level protection requirements and relevant regulations of the center.
