研究目的：

本研究以骨科专科医院临床护士为研究对象，探讨叙事疗法对护士道德复原力的影响。通过观测试验组和对照组的道德复原力、道德困境以及身心健康水平、职业倦怠指标，分析比较组间差异，为提升临床护士道德复原力提供一种有效的干预措施，并为叙事疗法在提升护士道德复原力中的应用提供科学理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on clinical nurses in orthopedic hospitals to investigate the impact of narrative therapy on nurses' moral resilience. By measuring moral resilience, moral distress, physical/mental health levels, and occupational burnout indicators in both experimental and control groups, inter-group differences were analyzed and compared. The research aims to provide an effective intervention for enhancing clinical nurses' moral resilience and establish a scientific theoretical foundation for applying narrative therapy in improving nurses' moral resilience.

纳入标准：

（1）有中华人民共和国护士执业证书； （2）从事医院临床工作一年及以上的护士； （3）年龄在18周岁以上； （4）使用中文版道德困境量表调查评定，处于道德困境的护士。 （5）愿意配合研究工作，愿意接受多次干预活动且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Possession of a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the People's Republic of China; 2. Nurses engaged in clinical practice for one year or longer; 3. Age 18 years or older; 4. Nurses assessed to be experiencing ethical dilemmas using the Chinese version of the Ethical Dilemma Scale; 5. Willingness to cooperate with the research, undergo multiple intervention sessions, and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）实习、进修、规培护士； （2）因休假、外出进修或学习等无法参加者。 （3）近半年有其他重大应激事件发生或有明显躯体疾病异常者； （4）近半年内进行过心理咨询或心理治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses in training (e.g., Intern Nurse, Advanced Training Nurse, or Standardized Training Nurse); 2. Individuals unable to participate due to leave, further education, or other commitments; 3. Those who have experienced major stressful events or exhibited significant physical illnesses within the past six months; 4. Individuals who have undergone psychological counseling or psychotherapy within the past six months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.The research investigation and assessment data were collected through two modalities: paper-based questionnaires and Wenjuanxing (a prevalent online survey platform in China). 2.The data obtained from the investigation and evaluation is manually entered into an Excel spreadsheet by one researcher for management, and then checked and verified by another researcher.
