Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the Effects of Lateral vs Supine Position During Extubation on the Incidence of Hypoxemia During Anesthetic Recovery in Elderly Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）全麻手术，年龄 60～80 岁，能正常沟通，ASA 分级为 1～2 级， BMI＜28kg/m^2。 （2）术前血红蛋白氧饱和度（以下简称 SpO2）在 95%以上，无贫血、凝血功能障碍。 （3）术后常规佩戴自控镇痛泵。 （4）患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) General anesthesia surgery, age 60–80 years, able to communicate normally, ASA physical status classification 1–2, BMI < 28 kg/m2. (2) Preoperative oxygen saturation (hereinafter referred to as SpO?) ≥ 95%, no anemia or coagulation disorders. (3) Routine postoperative use of patient-controlled analgesia pump. (4) Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

（1）高血压病、冠心病、脑梗死、肺部疾病、甲亢病史等。 （2）双侧肩关节，双侧髋关节手术，颈腰椎手术、脑外科手术或者其他特殊原因不能进行侧卧体位的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, pulmonary disease, hyperthyroidism, etc. (2) Patients who cannot assume the lateral recumbent position due to bilateral shoulder joint surgery, bilateral hip joint surgery, cervical or lumbar spine surgery, neurosurgery, or other special reasons.

Researchers utilized SAS software to generate random numbers via Random Number Generators. After clinical cases were enrolled and assigned to the randomization administrator via telephone, subsequent clinical interventions were implemented. Participants were randomly assigned to groups in a 1:1:1 ratio.
