研究目的：

构建不同生理状态的女性人群足够细分的肠道菌群特征库；根据不同年龄阶段和生理状态女性的差异菌群和差异代谢物，开发对应的肠道菌群和/或差异代谢物调整策略，最终建立改善女性更年期的微生态治疗平台。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a sufficiently segmented gut microbiota feature library for women in different physiological states; develop corresponding gut microbiota and/or differential metabolite adjustment strategies based on the differential microbiota and metabolites of women at different age stages and physiological states, and ultimately establish a microecological treatment platform to improve women's menopause.

纳入标准：

年龄为18-60岁的女性志愿者。 正常育龄期女性： 1.女性、种族不限，年龄18-40岁; 2.月经规律； 3.具有一定沟通能力； 4.理解并签署相关知情同意者; 老龄育龄期女性： 1.女性、种族不限，年龄40-60岁; 2.月经规律； 3.具有一定沟通能力； 4.理解并签署相关知情同意者。 围绝经期女性： 1.女性、种族不限，年龄40-60岁; 2.月经失调；出现月经紊乱的现象，10个月2次出现相邻月经周期长度变异>=7天，或停经<=12个月； 3.Kupperman评分表>7分或任意单项评分>=2分; 4.血清学激素水平：FSH>=30 IU/L； 5.具有一定沟通能力； 6.理解并签署相关知情同意者。 绝经期女性： 1.女性、种族不限，年龄40-60岁; 2.停经12个月以上； 3.Kupperman评分表>7分或任意单项评分>=2分; 4.血清学激素水平：FSH>=30 IU/L； 5.具有一定沟通能力； 6.理解并签署相关知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

Female volunteers aged 18-60 years. Women of normal childbearing age: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 18-40 years; 2.Regular menstruation; 3.Possessing certain communication skills; 4.Understanding and signing the relevant informed consent; Women of older childbearing age: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Regular menstruation; 3.Possessing certain communication skills; 4.Understanding and signing the relevant informed consent. Women in perimenopause: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Menstrual disorders; Menstrual irregularities, with a variation of >=7 days in the length of two consecutive menstrual cycles in 10 months, or amenorrhea <=12 months; 3.Kupperman score >7 points or any single score >=2 points; 4.Serological hormone level: FSH >=30 IU/L; 5.Have certain communication skills; 6.Understand and sign the relevant informed consent. Menopausal women: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Amenorrhea for more than 12 months; 3.Kupperman score > 7 points or any single score >= 2 points; 4.Serological hormone level: FSH >=30 IU/L; 5.Have certain communication skills; 6.Understand and sign the relevant informed consent.

排除标准：

1.已知或可疑乳腺癌、已知或可疑患有性激素依赖性恶性肿瘤、血液疾病、肝肾功能障碍性疾病、血栓静脉炎者； 2.合并冠心病心绞痛、高血压危象及其他严重基础疾病者； 3.既往有性腺相关的内分泌疾病者； 4.既往有精神疾病者； 5.近三个月内有服用雌激素和类雌激素补充剂者； 6.负责临床研究的医师认为有不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with known or suspected breast cancer, known or suspected sex hormone-dependent malignant tumors, blood diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or thrombophlebitis; 2.Patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, hypertensive crisis, and other serious underlying diseases; 3.Patients with a history of gonad-related endocrine diseases; 4.Patients with a history of mental illness; 5.Patients who have taken estrogen and estrogen-like supplements in the past three months; 6.Patients with other conditions that the physician in charge of the clinical study deems unsuitable for participation in the study.

采用 SPSS 22.0 统计软件建立数据库，计数资料各组之间进行卡方检验或者 Fisher检验，计量资料采用均值±标准差表示，检测标准 P<0.05 有统计学意义。该表交临床研究负责单位及申办方两处妥善保管。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to establish a database. Chi-square test or Fisher test was performed between the groups for enumeration data. Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The table was handed over to both the unit in charge of the clinical study and the sponsor for safekeeping.
