研究目的:

本研究旨在建立基于学校的中国未成年人性虐待预防监测系统,实现事件发生前早预防、事件发生时早发现、事件发生后早报告。将通过整群随机对照试验评估干预措施的效果和相互作用,最终将预防和监测系统纳入常规学校运作。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to establish a school- based prevention and surveillance system for sexual abuse of minors in China to achieve early prevention before the event, early detection during the occurrence, and early reporting after the event. The intervention components will be evaluated for their effects and interactions through a cluster randomized controlled trial, finally with which the prevention and surveillance system can be integrated into routine school operations.

纳入标准:

教师:1.在职教师、校长等教职人员;2.学校内负责实施日常教学和学生监管任务;3.自愿参与研究,并且能够理解和遵循研究的程序和要求。 学生:1.18周岁以下在校学生;2.能够参与学习和评估活动;3.一年内无转学计划。

Inclusion criteria

Teachers: 1.Full-time teachers and school staffs, including principals; 2.Responsible for daily teaching and supervision tasks in school settings; 3.Willing to participate and able to understand and follow the procedures and requirements. Students: 1.Enrolled students under 18 years of age; 2.Able to participate in the learning and assessment activities; 3.No plans to transfer schools within the next year.

排除标准:

教师:1.无固定班级或教学任务的兼职教师;2.未能提供知情同意; 3.不能独立完成问卷填写。 学生:1.不能独立完成问卷填写;2.存在严重情感或心理障碍;3.无法提供监护人或自身知情同意。

Exclusion criteria:

Teachers: 1.Part-time teachers with no fixed classes or teaching duties; 2.Did not provide informed consent; 3.Unable to independently complete questionnaire forms. Students: 1.Unable to independently complete questionnaire forms; 2.Suffering from severe emotional or psychological disorders; 3.Unable to provide informed consent from guardians or themselves.

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

根据学校规模,将邵阳市各区县内学校划分为相似大小的群组,随后由非研究实施人员LL根据统计软件R中的runif函数为每个群组生成随机数,根据各群组随机数的大小,由小至大排序确定分配顺序。为了防止选择偏倚,分配序列保存在不透光的信封内,直到被分配干预措施。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Based on the school size, schools in different districts and counties of Shaoyang City were grouped into clusters of similar sizes. The random numbers for each cluster were generated using the runif function in the statistical software R by LL, who is not involved in the study implementation. The clusters were then ranked in ascending order based on their random numbers to determine the allocation sequence. To prevent selection bias, the allocation sequence was kept in opaque envelopes until the interventions were assigned.

本研究采用单盲法设计,参与者在整个研究过程中将不知道自己是否被分配到干预组或对照组。所有研究数据的评估将由独立的评估人员进行,以进一步减少潜在的偏倚。为了确保研究的科学性和结果的可靠性,在紧急情况下,如参与者出现紧急情况,可能会破盲,并根据安全考虑对参与者进行适当的干预或转移。所有破盲的事件将在研究报告中详细记录并公开报告。

Blinding:

This study employs a single-blind design, where participants will remain unaware throughout the study of whether they have been assigned to the intervention group or the control group. All assessments of study data will be conducted by independent evaluators to further minimize potential bias. To ensure the scientific rigor and reliability of the results, the blind may be broken in emergency situations, such as if a participant experiences a critical incident, and appropriate intervention or transfer will be provided based on safety considerations. All instances of breaking the blind will be thoroughly documented and publicly reported in the study findings.
