研究目的：

探索医院气管切开患者的痰液标本获取方式，优化抗生素使用方案，规范气管套管护理流程，降低感染发生率，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the acquisition methods of sputum specimens for patients with tracheotomy in the hospital, optimize the antibiotic usage plan, standardize the nursing process of tracheal cannula, reduce the incidence of infection, and improve the prognosis of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18 岁； 2. 已行气管切开术的患者； 3. 患者或其家属签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone tracheostomy; 3. Patients or their families sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1. 年龄<18 岁； 2. 严重的心脏疾病、晚期癌症等； 3.凝血功能障碍； 4. 颈部解剖结构异常如肿瘤、外伤、严重瘢痕等导致解剖结构不清； 5. 合并有活动性肺结核等严重感染性疾病； 6. 已参与其他干预研究； 7. 因各种原因无法获得患者或其家属的知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age<18 years old; 2. Severe heart disease, advanced cancer, etc.; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Abnormal anatomical structure of the neck, such as tumors, trauma, severe scars, etc., resulting in unclear anatomical structure; 5. Combined with serious infectious diseases such as active tuberculosis; 6. Have participated in other interventional studies; 7. Unable to obtain informed consent from the patient or his or her family for various reasons.
