研究目的：

评价人脐带间充质干细胞及其来源外泌体局部涂抹治疗急性创面的安全性和有效性；设置对照组（水凝胶），验证干细胞及来其源外泌体局部涂抹治疗急性创面的有效性非劣于对照组；通过临床及实验室检测指标和随访观察指标评价干细胞及来其源外泌体局部涂抹治疗急性创面的差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical application of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) and their derived exosomes in the treatment of acute wounds. A control group (hydrogel) was established to demonstrate that the therapeutic efficacy of topical MSC and exosome treatment for acute wounds is non-inferior to the control intervention. The differential effects of topical MSC and exosome therapy on acute wound healing were assessed through clinical and laboratory parameters, as well as follow-up observational indicators.

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄18岁到60岁之间； 2.二氧化碳点阵激光治疗引起的急性创面，包括但不限于皮肤磨削治疗后的皮肤创面，面积>=3*3cm^2； 3.女性未处于妊娠期、哺乳期； 4.经化验检查未患乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病、梅毒等血液传染病； 5.未经过系统药物治疗或距上次药物治疗3个月以上时间； 6.同意签署知情同意书、愿意配合并同意入选条件患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. Acute wounds caused by carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment, including but not limited to skin wounds after skin abrasion treatment, with an area of >=3*3cm^2; 3. The female is not pregnant or lactating; 4. No hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, syphilis and other blood infectious diseases after laboratory examination; 5. Not undergoing systematic drug treatment or more than 3 months since the last drug treatment; 6. Patients who agree to sign the informed consent form, are willing to cooperate and agree to be selected.

排除标准：

1.瘢痕疙瘩病史； 2. 创面巨大或损毁严重； 3.有其他系统严重疾患； 4.妊娠期、哺乳期女性； 5.经化验检查患乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病、梅毒等血液传染病； 6.近期经过系统药物、封闭、激光等治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of keloids; 2. The wound is huge or severely damaged; 3. Have other serious systemic diseases; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Blood infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, syphilis and other blood infectious diseases after laboratory examination; 6. Recent treatment with systematic drugs, occlusion, laser, etc.

Apply equal volume hydrogel evenly to the facial wound and keep quiet at room temperature and away from light for 30 minutes. The medication schedule is 7 days, administered once a day, a total of 7 times.

Take 1ml of stem cell suspension at a constant temperature water tank of about (5~7)X10^7/ml to reheat to 37°C, mix 1:2 in homemade hydrogel, apply evenly to the facial wound, and leave at room temperature away from light for 30 minutes.
