研究目的：

（1）比较ELISA法及SiMoA法对于血清NFL值检测的相关性和灵敏度差异； （2）探讨血清生物标志物NFL对老年患者PND的预测作用； （3）探讨老年患者在海南居住时长与血清NFL值及PND发生率的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To compare the correlation and sensitivity differences between the ELISA and SiMoA methods for detecting serum neurofilament light chain (NFL) levels. (2) To investigate the predictive value of the serum biomarker NFL for perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) in elderly surgical patients. (3) To explore the correlation between the duration of residence in Hainan among elderly patients and their serum NFL levels, as well as the incidence of PND.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在海口市人民医院择期气管插管全麻下非心脏手术的患者； 2.年龄≥60岁，性别不限； 3.ASA 评分 I～III 级； 4.BMI 18~30kg/m^2； 5.本人或法定代理人签署书面知情同意书； 6.能理解研究流程与量表内容，能与研究人员进行有效沟通。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery under elective endotracheal intubation general anesthesia at Haikou People's Hospital. 2. Age >= 60 years, regardless of gender. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I to III. 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m2. 5. Provision of written informed consent by the patient or their legally authorized representative. 6. Ability to comprehend the study procedures and content of the assessment scales, and to communicate effectively with the research staff.

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全； 2.严重肝肾功能障碍； 3.长期使用镇静、镇痛药物者； 4.术前存在严重神经精神系统疾病者； 5.术前使用抗癫痫药物和抗精神病药物者； 6.术前患有多发性硬化、癫痫、痴呆、脑炎、脱髓鞘疾病、运动神经元疾病、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、创伤性脑损伤等影响血清 NFL 值的相关疾病； 7.视听障碍而无法交流者； 8.主观或客观原因不愿意配合者； 9.凝血功能异常者； 10.术前MoCA-B量表评分或MMSE量表评分，评判存在认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. 2. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. 3. Chronic use of sedative or analgesic medications. 4. Pre-existing severe neurological or psychiatric disorders. 5. Preoperative use of antiepileptic or antipsychotic drugs. 6. Pre-existing conditions that may affect serum NFL levels, such as multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia, encephalitis, demyelinating diseases, motor neuron diseases, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, etc. 7. Auditory or visual impairments that preclude effective communication. 8. Unwillingness or inability to cooperate due to subjective or objective reasons. 9. Coagulation disorders. 10. Presence of cognitive impairment as determined by preoperative MoCA-B (Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Basic) or MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) scale scores.
