研究目的：

本研究是一项多中心横断面观察性研究，拟在调研观察全国 cGVHD 患者症状负担及健康相关生活质量现状，并主要实现以下三个目标：一、出台关于慢性GVHD 患者生活质量与生存挑战白皮书以供国内参考；二、基于问卷数据专业化分析和处理评估各量表（LSS 量表、SF-36 量表、FACT-BMT 量表、EQ-5D-5L量表）在中国患者中的适用性，并探索其在未来研究和临床实践中的应用场景；三、通过 PROM 精确地了解治疗干预对患者生活质量的具体影响，从而进一步优化 cGVHD 患者的诊疗路径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a multi-center cross-sectional observational study, which intends to investigate and observe the current status of symptom burden and health-related quality of life of cGVHD patients across the country, and mainly achieve the following three goals: 1. Publish a white paper on the quality of life and survival challenges of chronic GVHD patients for domestic reference; 2. Evaluate the applicability of various scales (LSS scale, SF-36 scale, FACT-BMT scale, EQ-5D-5L scale) in Chinese patients based on professional analysis and processing of questionnaire data, and explore their application scenarios in future research and clinical practice. 3. Accurately understand the specific impact of therapeutic interventions on patients' quality of life through PROM, so as to further optimize the diagnosis and treatment pathway of cGVHD patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗血液系统疾病且移植后具备随访条件；
2.随访期间经门诊医师诊断为 cGVHD（cGVHD 的诊断主要依靠临床征象， 参照美国国家卫生研究院（NIH）共识的诊断性征象进行诊断）；
3.自我报告存在活跃的 cGVHD 症状；
4.随访年龄≥16 岁，具有基本的文字读写和理解能力；
5.配合随访人员自愿参与本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of hematological diseases and the conditions for follow-up after transplantation; 2.Diagnosis of cGVHD by an outpatient physician during follow-up (diagnosis of cGVHD is mainly based on clinical signs, with reference to the diagnostic signs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) consensus); 3.Self-reported presence of active cGVHD symptoms; 4.Follow-up age >= 16 years old, with basic literacy and comprehension skills; 5.Cooperate with follow-up personnel to voluntarily participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.移植相关信息记录欠缺或无法获取外院移植病例资料；
2.移植前后有精神疾病史、经历严重生活事件或失眠史；
3.调研期间发生严重感染、植入不良、继发肿瘤等非排异性并发症；
4.血液系统疾病复发且经诱导治疗后无法达到完全缓解；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of psychiatric illness, experiencing a serious life event, or insomnia before and after transplantation;
2.Non-exclusionary complications such as severe infection, poor implantation, and secondary tumors occurred during the investigation;
3.Recurrent hematologic disorders that do not achieve complete remission after induction therapy;
4.Transplant-related information records are insufficient or cannot be obtained from transplant case data from other hospitals;
