研究目的：

1.构建基于心电信号异常检测算法的早期心脏结构异常和功能异常的精准探测； 2.深度表达多模态心脏相关数据特征并进行组合建模，遴选最优预测网络作为基础筛查模型； 3.利用外部数据验证筛查工具，评价其外部有效性和泛化能力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct precise detection of early cardiac structural and functional abnormalities based on ECG signal anomaly detection algorithms; 2. Deep representation of multimodal cardiac data features with ensemble modeling to optimize the predictive network as the core screening framework; 3. Assess the model external validity and generalization performance using external validation datasets through screening tool

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥45 岁； 2.在深圳地区常住≥6个月； 3.意识清楚，有言语表达能力和阅读能力，与调查人员沟通无障碍； 4.获得知情同意者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 45 years; 2. Residence in Shenzhen >= 6 months; 3. Conscious state with preserved verbal expression and reading comprehension abilities, and no communication barriers with investigators; 4. Eligible study participants who have provided signed written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.自报患有心衰、心肌梗死或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗、冠脉搭桥术后的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants with self-reported heart failure, myocardial infarction, or after percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting;

The laboratory tests, electrocardiograms, and cardiac ultrasound reports involved in this study were directly exported from the sub-centre. Demographic characteristics, physical examination, and data on diet and physical activity were entered via questionnaires. The ECD system was not used for data management.
