研究目的：

本研究旨在通过分析孕妇孕期血清脂溶性维生素 A、D 和 E 的水平，发现不同特征孕妇脂溶性维生素的差异性及其原因，探讨影响脂溶性维生素 A、D 和 E 水平的相关因素，研究脂溶性维生素与妊娠并发症以及妊娠结局的关系，为临床防治及个体化营养咨询和建议提供重要依据，对母婴结局的改善、降低不良妊娠结局的发生率以及预防妊娠期并发症发生具有重大意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to analyze the levels of serum fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E in pregnant women during pregnancy, find out the differences and causes of fat-soluble vitamins in pregnant women with different characteristics, explore the related factors affecting the levels of fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E, and study the relationship between fat-soluble vitamins and pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes. It provides an important basis for clinical prevention and treatment and individualized nutrition consultation and recommendations, and has great significance for improving maternal and infant outcomes, reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and preventing pregnancy complications.

纳入标准：

单胎妊娠；自然受孕；妊娠前无内外科疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Single pregnancy; Natural conception; There was no medical or surgical disease prior to pregnancy.

排除标准：

抽血前 1 周内孕妇出现明显感染、发热现象；已明确诊断有其他系统感染的孕妇；有糖尿病、高血压家族史；孕前 BMI>28 kg/m2；有抽烟、喝酒史的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women have obvious infection and fever within 1 week before blood drawing; Pregnant women with a confirmed diagnosis of other systemic infections; Family history of diabetes and hypertension; Pre-pregnancy BMI>28 kg/m^2; Pregnant women with a history of smoking and drinking.
