研究目的：

揭示皮肤表面菌群失衡与特应性皮炎的关系；探讨血清脂质代谢异常与特应性皮炎的关系；分析皮肤菌群与血清脂质代谢的相互作用；通过明确皮肤菌群与脂质代谢的作用机制，探讨改善皮肤微生态或脂质代谢紊乱的新治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the relationship between skin surface microbiota dysbiosis and atopic dermatitis； Implications of altered serum lipid metabolism in atopic dermatitis pathogenesis； Analyzing the interaction between skin microbiota and serum lipid metabolism； By elucidating the mechanistic interplay between cutaneous microbiota and lipid metabolism, this study explores novel therapeutic strategies targeting either skin microecological homeostasis or systemic metabolic dysregulation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

AD患者纳入标准： 1、确诊为特应性皮炎的患者； 2、年龄＞＝18岁； 3、患者充分理解本项目内容并且同意参加。 健康对照纳入标准： 1、无特应性皮炎及其他慢性皮肤病病史（如银屑病、湿疹等），且当前无皮肤炎症或感染表现； 2、年龄＞＝18岁； 3、无自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病（如哮喘、过敏性鼻炎）及系统性疾病（如糖尿病、心血管疾病）； 4、近3个月内未接受免疫抑制治疗（如激素、生物制剂等）； 5、充分理解研究内容并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for AD patients: 1. Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Patients fully understand the content of this project and agree to participate. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls: 1. No history of atopic dermatitis and other chronic skin diseases (such as psoriasis, eczema, etc.), and no current skin inflammation or infection; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. No autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases (such as asthma, allergic rhinitis) and systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease); 4. No immunosuppressive therapy (such as hormones, biological agents, etc.) in the past 3 months; 5. Fully understand the content of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

AD患者排除标准： 1、伴有其他严重皮肤病、严重感染、系统性疾病或正在接受免疫抑制治疗的患者； 2、个人无法理解或不同意参与本项目；3、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 健康对照排除标准： 1、有特应性皮炎、银屑病等皮肤病个人史或家族史（一级亲属）； 2、合并急慢性感染、恶性肿瘤、免疫功能异常或严重器官功能障碍； 3、近1个月内接受过系统性药物治疗（如激素、免疫抑制剂）或局部使用抗炎药（如激素软膏）； 4、近3个月内参与其他临床试验或接受生物制剂治疗； 5、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6、存在精神障碍、认知缺陷或语言沟通障碍，无法配合研究； 7、近期（1个月内）有疫苗接种史或计划在研究期间接种疫苗； 8、研究者判定存在其他可能干扰研究结果的因素（如酗酒、药物滥用）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for AD patients: 1. Patients with other serious skin diseases, serious infections, systemic diseases, or receiving immunosuppressive therapy; 2. Individuals cannot understand or agree to participate in this project; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; Healthy Control Exclusion Criteria: 1. Have a personal or family history of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and other skin diseases (first-degree relatives); 2. Combined with acute and chronic infection, malignant tumor, abnormal immune function or severe organ dysfunction; 3. Received systemic drug therapy (such as hormones, immunosuppressants) or topical anti-inflammatory drugs (such as hormone ointment) in the past 1 month; 4. Participating in other clinical trials or receiving biologics in the past 3 months; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Mental disorders, cognitive deficits, or language communication disorders, unable to cooperate with research; 7. Recent (within 1 month) vaccination history or planning to be vaccinated during the study period; 8. Other factors that may interfere with the results of the study (such as alcoholism, drug abuse) judged by the investigator.
