研究目的：

构建头颈癌患者衰弱的预测模型，用以预测头颈癌患者发生衰弱的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

T1. Aged ≥ 18 years. 2. Diagnosed with head and neck cancer through pathological or other diagnostic methods (including laryngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, submandibular gland cancer, tonsillar cancer, parotid gland cancer, salivary gland cancer, tongue cancer, gingival cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, lip/oral cavity cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, thyroid cancer, etc.). 3. Fully conscious, with the patient demonstrating awareness of their own medical condition. 4. Capable of reading and understanding written text, without cognitive impairments. o develop a predictive model for frailty in head and neck cancer patients, to assess the risk of frailty in this population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经病理学等方法明确诊断为头颈癌（包括喉癌、下咽癌、颌下腺癌、扁桃体癌、腮腺癌、唾液腺癌、舌癌、牙龈癌、口咽癌、唇/口腔癌、鼻咽癌、甲状腺癌等）； 3.意识清楚，患者明确自身患病情况； 4.对文字有阅读能力且无理解障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Clearly diagnosed as head and neck cancer by pathology and other methods (including laryngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, submandibular adenocarcinoma, tonsil cancer, parotid gland cancer, salivary gland cancer, tongue cancer, gum cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, lip/oral cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, thyroid cancer, etc.); 3. Clear consciousness, the patient knows his own illness; 4. Have the ability to read words and have no comprehension barriers.

排除标准：

1.患有其他部位恶性肿瘤及复发者； 2.严重的心肝肺功能不全或患有重度免疫系统疾病； 3.有严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with malignant tumors and recurrence in other parts; 2. Severe cardiovascular and liver pulmonary insufficiency or severe immune system disease; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction or mental illness.
