本研究旨在探讨股神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对膝关节手术患者术中氧耗量水平、血流动力学的影响。为患者提供更优质更安全的麻醉方式，提高患者满意度和舒适度，减少不良反应的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of femoral nerve block combined with general anesthesia on intraoperative oxygen consumption levels and hemodynamics in patients undergoing knee joint surgery.To provide patients with better and safer anesthesia, improve patient satisfaction and comfort, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师学会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级 2.拟行膝关节手术 3.年龄18-75岁

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III 2. Proposed knee joint surgery 3. Age 18-75 years old

排除标准：

1.操作区域有感染 2.局麻药过敏 3.凝血功能障碍 4.合并甲亢、甲减等影响基础代谢的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is an infection in the operating area 2. Allergy to local anesthetics 3. coagulation dysfunction 4.With comorbid hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, or other diseases that affect basal metabolism
