研究目的：

针对衰老的膳食配方干预效果评估：3组受试者分别进行4周的不同膳食配方产品以及安慰剂的口服干预，欲了解: (1)膳食配方产品缓解认知障碍及活动能力的临床效果；(2)测试膳食配方干预后受试者肌肉力量及炎症指标的变化；(3)分析老年人群经膳食配方干预前后的肠道菌群多样性之变化与具有潜力的检测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the intervention effect of dietary formula for aging: Three groups of subjects were respectively given oral interventions of different dietary formula products and placebos for 4 weeks. To understand: (1) The clinical effect of dietary formula products in alleviating cognitive impairment and activity ability; (2) Test the changes in muscle strength and inflammatory indicators of the subjects after dietary formula intervention; (3) Analyze the changes in the diversity of intestinal flora in the elderly population before and after dietary formula intervention and the potential detection indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.可以配合实验检体收集及定期回诊； 3.受试者充分知情后自愿签署受试者同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=65 years old; 2. The subjects can cooperate with the collection of experimental specimens and return for regular follow-up visits. 3. After being fully informed, the subjects voluntarily signed the subject consent form.

排除标准：

1.受试者患有严重心血管疾病（心肌梗死、心力衰竭）、肝/肾功能衰竭、癌症； 2.受试者近2周内曾有持续（连续使用五天或五天以上）食用益生菌相关产品(菌粉、优格、酸奶或其他发酵食品)； 3.近2周内有参加其他临床试验并在用试验药者； 4.其他经医师评估不适合进入试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subjects suffer from severe cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, heart failure), liver/kidney failure, and cancer; 2. The subject has continuously (continuously used for five days or more) consumed probiotic-related products (probiotic powder, yogurt, yogurt or other fermented foods) within the past two weeks. 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials and are currently using the investigational drug within the past two weeks; 4. Other individuals who are assessed by a physician as unsuitable for the trial.
