研究目的：

1通过GMDS-C的评估发现发育异常高危儿，以及他们具体的缺陷领域，比较不同高危因素儿童出现发育迟缓的患病率，结合他们的出生史，采用多因素相关分析，分析围产期高危因素、不同胎龄、不同出生体重、不同程度的高胆红素血症对儿童神经运动发育结局的具体领域的影响，以及不同年龄段儿童发育结局有无差异。 2对存在发育迟缓的儿童的具体发育迟缓领域，进行相对应的干预治疗，促进其最佳发育，运用GMDS-C量表对干预效果进行评估，根据评估结果进一步调整干预方案。根据前期的预警因素，建立高危儿早测评、早诊断、早干预，以及动态评估干预效果和调整干预方案的机制，提高儿童神经发育监测和干预水平，为存在相同围生期高危因素的儿童的干预治疗方案的拟定提供参考，为改善高危儿预后提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the GMDS-C assessment, we found high-risk infants with developmental abnormalities and their specific defect areas, compared the prevalence of developmental delay in children with different high-risk factors, and combined with their birth history, used multivariate correlation analysis to analyze the impact of perinatal high-risk factors, different gestational ages, different birth weights, and different degrees of hyperbilirubinemia on the specific areas of children's neuromotor development outcomes, as well as whether there are differences in the developmental outcomes of children of different age groups. 2. For the specific developmental delay areas of children with developmental delay, corresponding intervention treatments are carried out to promote their optimal development. The intervention effect is evaluated using the GMDS-C scale, and the intervention plan is further adjusted according to the evaluation results. According to the early warning factors, a mechanism for early assessment, early diagnosis, and early intervention of high-risk infants, as well as dynamic evaluation of intervention effects and adjustment of intervention plans, is established to improve the level of children's neurodevelopmental monitoring and intervention, provide a reference for the formulation of intervention treatment plans for children with the same perinatal high-risk factors, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the prognosis of high-risk infants.

纳入标准：

1.招募而来的我院出生及门诊健康体检的儿童； 2.年龄在0-8岁之间； 3.可提供出生时情况的儿童（出生时出院小结或新生儿期住院患儿出院小结）； 4.患?及家属知情同意，愿意配合本次调查研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children who were born and received outpatient health examinations in our hospital. 2. Aged between 0-8 years old. 3. Children who can provide birth information (discharge summary at birth or discharge summary of neonatal hospitalized children). 4. The patients and their families gave informed consent and were willing to cooperate with this investigation.

排除标准：

1.年龄不在0-8岁范围内。 2.不愿配合的患儿及家长。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The age is not within the range of 0-8 years. 2. Uncooperative children and parents.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

应用GMD-C量表对儿童发育水平进行测评，获得裸值，通过查表，得到其发育年龄及百分位数，评估结束后研究者进行量表的检查和审核，确认评估表及调查问卷合格后，采用Excel进行双录入并核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The GMD-C scale was used to assess the developmental level of children and obtain the bare value. By looking up the table, their developmental age and percentile were obtained. After the assessment, the researchers checked and reviewed the scale. After confirming that the assessment form and questionnaire were qualified, they were double-entered and checked using Excel.
