研究目的：

评估老年心衰患者的药物素养现状及影响因素；探讨老年心衰患者药物素养水平对衰弱的预测价值  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the current status and influencing factors of medication literacy in elderly patients with heart failure; explore the predictive value of medication literacy levels in elderly patients with heart failure for frailty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于60岁，具备良好的沟通能力； 2.符合《2021 ESC 急慢性心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》的诊断标准且依据《住院病案首页数据填写质量规范》中主要诊断是心衰者； 3.心功能分级：Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。 4.知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 60 years old, with good communication skills; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2021 ESC Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Acute and Chronic Heart Failure and are primarily diagnosed with heart failure according to the Quality Standards for Filling in Data on the First Page of Inpatient Medical Records; 3. Classification of cardiac function: Grade I-III. 4. Informed consent and active cooperation.

排除标准：

1.伴有严重的肺、肾功能不全的患者； 2.目前或退休前从事医疗卫生相关工作。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe lung and kidney dysfunction; 2. Currently or before retirement, engaged in healthcare related work.
