1. 基于PRISM理论框架,形成一套“学校-家庭”联动的“线上+线下”控烟干预模式,以及在该干预模式下的干预策略、措施、路径和干预产品; 2. 通过项目干预,能够有效减少青少年未来吸烟的易感性,提高青少年对吸烟危害的认识、控烟的态度。同时减少家长的吸烟率、吸烟量,提高戒烟率、健康意识和控烟态度; 3. 本研究形成的干预模式和评价方法可以为北京市乃至全国控烟工作和其他干预项目的开展提供参考。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Based on the PRISM theoretical framework, form a set of "school-family" linked "online + offline" tobacco control intervention model, as well as the intervention strategies, measures, paths and intervention products under this intervention model. 2. Through project intervention, it can effectively reduce the susceptibility of adolescents to smoking in the future, and improve adolescents' awareness of the harm of smoking and their attitudes towards tobacco control. At the same time, reduce the smoking rate and smoking amount of parents, and increase the quit rate, health awareness and tobacco control attitude. 3. The intervention model and evaluation method formed in this study can provide a reference for the tobacco control work and the development of other intervention projects in Beijing and even the whole country. |

The intervention primarily targets students, with other groups participating only in interviews to assist in the implementation of the intervention. For instance, during formative evaluations, opinions from various stakeholders are gathered to design an intervention model that is acceptable to multiple parties. Process evaluations monitor whether the intervention is being implemented with quality and quantity as planned, and identify reasons for any deviations from the plan. Online intervention measures require teachers to assist by posting them in group chats, and the use of students' mobile phones needs parental permission, or even supervision during usage. |

In this study, the method of cluster random sampling was employed. The project leaders from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and its collaborating unit, the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, respectively selected three junior high schools in the urban areas, suburban areas, and outer suburban areas of Beijing. Four classes of grade seven students in each junior high school were chosen as the research subjects, and these students were randomly divided into the online intervention group, the offline intervention group, the online + offline intervention group, and the control group by class. |

定量数据。 基于PRISM理论框架构建调查问卷,由相关领域专家对问卷的科学性、可行性和伦理进行审查。经审查后,获得调查对象的知情同意进行问卷调查。本研究使用 Epidata软件录入访谈内容,并通过双人录入和逻辑核查的方式进行逻辑核查。 定性数据。 调查前的准备。(1)访谈内容。根据PRISM理论框架,从多层面构建访谈提纲,并审查访谈提纲的科学性。(2)人员培训。进行访谈的人员需对提纲内容理解,减小个体间差异。(3)选择符合标准的研究对象,包括学生(班级),家长,老师,教育系统管理人员,可能的干预实施管理人员。 访谈中的注意事项。首先做好说明工作,告知调查目的和对话录音,签署知情同意书。其次,注意掌控访谈的节奏和内容,既不能偏离访谈中心,也不能按照访谈提纲,限制调查对象的回答内容。最后,做好访谈记录,包括人员、时间、地点和访谈内容等。 访谈结束后的工作。保存好录音内容和所有相关资料,之后由访谈员整理访谈录音和观察资料,以访谈或观察时间及研究对象的名字或身份命名,把本次访谈和观察的主要结果与重要发现,以及自己的感受与体会整理成备忘录的形式,并进行资料的编码和分类,得出初步结论或建立理论。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Quantitative Data: Based on the PRISM theoretical framework, a questionnaire was constructed and reviewed by experts in relevant fields regarding its scientific nature, feasibility, and ethics. After the review, the informed consent of the survey subjects was obtained to conduct the questionnaire survey. In this study, the interview contents were entered into the Epidata software, and logical verification was carried out through the methods of double entry and logical checking. Qualitative Data: Preparations before the Survey: (1) Interview Contents: According to the PRISM theoretical framework, an interview outline was constructed from multiple levels, and the scientific nature of the interview outline was reviewed. (2) Personnel Training: The interviewers were required to understand the contents of the outline to reduce the differences among individuals. (3) Selection of Research Subjects Meeting the Criteria: Including students (classes), parents, teachers, educational system administrators and potential intervention implementation administrators. Matters Needing Attention during the Interview: Firstly, do a good job in the explanatory work, inform the survey subjects of the purpose of the survey and the recording of the conversation, and have them sign the informed consent form. Secondly, pay attention to controlling the rhythm and contents of the interview. It should neither deviate from the center of the interview nor restrict the answering contents of the survey subjects according to the interview outline. Finally, do a good job in recording the interview, including the personnel, time, place, and interview contents, etc. Work after the Interview: Preserve the recorded contents and all relevant materials. Then, the interviewers shall sort out the interview recordings and observational materials, name them according to the interview or observation time and the name or identity of the research subject, and sort out the main results and important findings of this interview and observation, as well as their own feelings and experiences in the form of a memorandum, and carry out the coding and classification of the materials to draw preliminary conclusions or establish theories. |
