采用虚拟现实技术，探讨绿色锻炼的情绪效益，并基于注意恢复理论和压力减轻理论剖析绿色锻炼情绪效益的可能原因。  

Objectives of Study：

Using virtual reality technology, this paper discusses the emotional benefits of green exercise, and analyzes the possible reasons for the emotional benefits of green exercise based on attention recovery theory and stress reduction theory

纳入标准：

浙江师范大学大一年级至研究生三年级的学生，18-26岁。受试者为健康成年人，无急、慢性疾病，视力或校正视力正常，右手利者，无3D晕眩及幽闭恐惧症。 健康要求：无急、慢性疾病，视力或校正视力正常。 其他要求：符合PAR-Q问卷允许参加运动的标准。

Inclusion criteria

The participants were students from the first year of undergraduate studies to the third year of postgraduate studies at Zhejiang Normal University. They were aged between 18 and 26. The subjects were healthy adults without acute or chronic diseases, with normal vision or corrected vision, right-handed, and without 3D vertigo or claustrophobia. Health requirements: No acute or chronic illnesses, normal vision or corrected vision. Other requirements: Meet the criteria for participation in physical activity as outlined in the PAR-Q questionnaire.

排除标准：

非浙江师范大学学生，有急、慢性疾病，色盲，听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Non-Zhejiang Normal University students, those with acute or chronic illnesses, colour blindness, or hearing impairments.
