本研究旨在通过分析左心室室壁及室间隔组织代谢通路的变化，揭示心衰患者中心肌重塑与心脏功能异常的病理机制，为诊疗策略提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to elucidate the pathological mechanisms of myocardial remodeling and cardiac dysfunction in heart-failure patients by analyzing alterations in metabolic pathways within the left ventricular wall and interventricular septal tissue, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.诊断为终末期心力衰竭（符合以下一种或多种条件： （1） NYHA心功能分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级； （2）左心室射血分数（LVEF）≤20%； （3）需长期机械循环支持）； 3.拟行心脏移植的患者； 4.接受知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with end-stage heart failure, fulfilling one or more of the following criteria: (1) NYHA functional class III–IV; (2)Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <= 20%; (3)Requirement for long-term mechanical circulatory support; 3. Scheduled to undergo heart transplantation; 4. Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1.因手术失败或延迟无法获取可用组织样本； 2.患者既往存在明显影响心功能但与代谢异常无关的其他系统性疾病（严重免疫系统疾病）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to obtain usable tissue samples due to surgical failure or delay; 2. A prior history of systemic diseases that significantly impair cardiac function but are unrelated to metabolic disorders (e.g., severe immune system diseases).

本研究的数据采集与管理由以下两部分组成：1.病例记录表（CRF）： 本研究采用自行设计的电子病例报告表（CRF内容主要包括：患者基线信息、围术期信息和样本信息等）。2.电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）：本研究使用基于Microsoft Excel构建的标准化数据库进行数据的录入、存储与管理，实验产生的原始数据（如Western Blot图像、测序数据）将直接由仪器导出，同样以匿名化编号命名。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The study’s data collection and management comprise two components: (1) Case Report Forms (CRFs): This study employs custom-designed electronic case report forms (CRFs), which primarily include patient baseline information, perioperative information, and sample information. (2) Electronic Data Capture and management system (EDC): This study uses a standardized database built on Microsoft Excel for data entry, storage, and management. Raw data generated by experiments (e.g., Western blot images, sequencing data) will be exported directly from the instruments and will likewise be labeled using anonymized identifiers.
